So Ra didn't know that its Jeong Min's mom, that's why she was angry to Jeong Min after seeing the video, she's the girlfriend, its understandable to get jealous and be angry, he didn't bother to tell the truth even to her.
That's why when she knew that Jeong Min's mom is Dr. Cha, she felt guilty and regret everything she does, she's acting as if there's nothing to talk about but I think she just feel guilty for bringing up her bad behavior towards her.
