I’m currently watching this drama and Doom At Your Service. In my opinion although the rating is lower, this…
Once again, a drama is over-hyped because of the oppa train ... It’s disheartening this drama isn’t getting the attention it derives, it’s amazing so far.
The one drama where I’ve been emotionally invested and interested every week hoping this lead couple gets a satisfactory ending, but I know it’s gonna be tragic x(((
I’m trying, tryingggg to keep it together with this drama y’all but holy— the amount of repetitive scenes are just ... ugh, the pacing is so off it hurts, doesn’t even feel the like episodes should be as long as they are ... and we’re only on ep’s 7-8
Sooo true.. in the whole drama we get to see all the other casts doing stuff but our ML has so less screen time…
Right?! He’s not even the male lead, the older leads are and it’s definitely frustrating to advertise that way, he’s really a supporting role here like in Vincenzo unfortunately :/ I’m at episode 15 rn and there’s definitely no sparks in romance, I’m not surprised if there’s no fluffy scene lol, also don’t think this show needs to be 72 episodes either lol, no matter if the runtimes are 30 min or less, the relationship between the older and younger leads is touching though, I will say that :’)
I’d argue since Suspicious Partner his drama choices a have gone, well downhill :/ and he’s one of my fav…
I will note agencies play a big role in the roles actors take as well (not justifying Backstreet Rookie btw lol fully aware of the racism in that show and was not a fan, at all), if they want him to be in more rom-coms agents will recommend those roles to him, but I believe you’re also right and he needs to have a discussion with his agency on more diverse roles, instead of being typecasted in romance dramas :/
Ever since Melting me softly 2019, his dramas has gone downhill ngl.
I’d argue since Suspicious Partner his drama choices a have gone, well downhill :/ and he’s one of my fav actors, he’s being typecasted in a lot of rom-coms that don’t have solid scripts unfortunately
Sweet baby j— get this man a lead role so he can get the girl already, damn ... He’s a phenomenal actor, but underrated as hell, I don’t understand lol
I don’t understand how Kwak Dong Yeon is considered a main lead when the rest of the cast appear more and just overall get more screen time, like wtf lol, I wish this drama focused more on the relationship between Bak Ha and Hae Jun too. I just want this boi to get an official lead role in a kdrama, lord make it happen in the next five years or less, please ... xD
I’m not ready for the way this drama is gonna end ... we saw a friggin skeleton in episode 1, we don’t know who it’s gonna be, if it’s one of the main leads imma cry x( Not ready man ... but I love this drama so far <3
