The chemistry and pacing so far of this show is excellent, love the use of cinematography too, really glad Park Bo-young is back and doing dramas again because she’s of my my fav k-actresses and I missed her :’) Seo In-guk is enjoying his role too, I call tell lol
I agree, I was anticipating this drama since it was first announced since it has SF9 members (whom I am a huge…
MHM, that’s honestly what I love about the series so far, a lot of truth such as sh— managers and staff, CEO’s & talent / recruiting agencies wanting profitable idols (faces) instead of talented ones, idols hating idol life, true personalities instead of ones given by the company, (trigger warning!!!) even suicide, first episode is definitely dark, but its interesting and with only 12 episodes, I’m interested to see where the writers go, I just hope it doesn’t end up cliché like most shows I’ve seen lol, there’s a lot to discuss in the idol world, and I’d prefer this show discusses the dark more than the light.
Lol I remember we had a conversation in snowdrop comment section about how second leads/side characters are thrown…
It was definitely out of character, but people will praise this drama nevertheless, the writing was definitely questionable :/
lmaoooo that’s trueee, jipyeong’s definitely hit harder because they threw him under the bus the whole show, a still salty about it too ...
I was definitely sad KDY wasn’t included in interviews, definitely think nepotism has a part of play, because they didn’t give a crap about promotion only until his character became popular, like seriously? You must look pretty bad now that all the characters you didn’t care about got more popularity than the leads lmao, can’t wait for KDY to get a friggin lead role dude .. ughhh
I came in with some low as hell expectations y’all but damn, the first episode was really solid ... whole bunch of characters were introduced, we’re getting some insight of what idol life it’s really like, even though it’s a fictional show, in just episode 1, I can see a lot of those events happening in real life, it’s crazy ... the only thing I hate, and I mean hateee, is how we’re only getting one episode per week, ugh it’s gonna be more torture than usual lol, but I get why, because of Ateez & sf9 members schedules, covid etc, all in all, great first episode! Glad they’re an hour long!
Lmao yup, same, I’ve hyped fantasy kdramas before, and no joke I’ve been somewhat disappointed every time,…
Lmao yup, as much as I want to like this series from the start, I’ve done that, and sh— has went downhill lol, also there’s probably gonna be a useless love triangle and I’m just, not for that, at all xD
It wasthe same wit Lee Rang in TOTNT I couldn't get myself together in the last episode and enjoy the happy ending…
Mhm, I agree with that, and at this point, if I get attached so a SL I’m already gonna know the outcome, and the outcome is, they don’t get a happy endings ... even villains are becoming embarrassing at this point, like they’re just there, they don’t even have a promising backstory we’ve never heard about you know? Ughhhh
Lol I remember we had a conversation in snowdrop comment section about how second leads/side characters are thrown…
I was so pissed during the last episodes like Vincenzo ... Hanseo is giving you time to knock junwoos ass out, why are you just sitting there ... how many skills do you have? It was lazy writing imo, and YES, it was the same thing with Jipyeong from Start-Up, he was treated poorly and then at the end with all the photos he wasn’t in any of them, and it’s like everyone forgot he was a part of the group, it’s so frustrating ... back to Vincenzo, it also felt unfair how kwak dong yeon didn’t get any interviews with the swoon or netflix like all the other main cast members because he was only a support role, even though he was an important part in the plot ughhh
2016 was a golden era for kdrama. 2019~2020 is the worst.
Ch, you got that right, kdramas have went downhill in the past few years, there’s only been a few good ones in the broad spectrum of what’s released each year, plots are getting repetitive and writing is just oof, biting the dust like crazy recently :/
Lol I remember we had a conversation in snowdrop comment section about how second leads/side characters are thrown…
Lmaoooooo righttttt I remember that! Hello again sksks, sure enough we’re both on the same page, twice LOL, man, writers just don’t give two sh— about their second lead characters, it’s embarrassing at this point because half of the time, they steal the show xDDD
Seo In-guk is enjoying his role too, I call tell lol
