YES. I hate it when episode lengths aren’t consistent tbh, Netflix does this a lot. If they’re going to make…
%100 agree, I need consistency. The finale does need to be longer in some dramas I’ve seen, and 80 MIN WTF? Really? That’s per ep. for Vincenzo? That’s on my watchlist lol, damn better prepare for that ... I agree with thriller-mysteries, tighter screenplays are a necessity.
I also liked the idea of Kwak Dong Yeon, but Na In Woo has already been cast. I'm not familiar with him, but people…
You literally just described most saeguk dramas I’ve seen, they’re all political and it gets real tiresome sometimes, like come on, there’s got to be some kings that weren’t assholes in South Korean history, lmao come on now ... uuuuu six flying dragons has been on my list for awhile now, I’ll give it a watch, gonna mentally die from the amount of episodes though lol, Iljimaeeeee is soooo good, haven’t finished it yet but I started it and liked it <3! As for Jumong ... LOVE THAT SHOW, DAMN. It was so good, and the legend I haven’t heard of yet, gonna give it a look, thanks for the recs :’) I can tell you might like historicals!
I hate "I saw the devil". I'm not saying it's a bad movie but it's so brutal and sad, especially at the end, that…
Oh hell yeah dude, I’m not witnessing cannibalism today thank you lol XDDD, I’ll skip those scenes, I do love suspenseful dramas though, when they’re done right, uuuu that’s a good comparison, I loved Flower of Evil! I completely agree with you omg ... I’ve been so disappointed with kdramas this past year, there have only been a few good ones, but my most anticipated dramas ended up being some of the worst, due to the lack of plot progression, character development, and sh— endings *eyeroll* :’(((
I also liked the idea of Kwak Dong Yeon, but Na In Woo has already been cast. I'm not familiar with him, but people…
Lol yeeee, love the bodyguard characters! That’s true! I’d like kdramas to branch out a bit though, you don’t need to follow history %100 of the time, that’s what fiction is for lol, I definitely get its expensive, but that’s that film is all about man, taking risks! I’d just like to hear open perspectives on saeguk dramas and get some common folk characters playing big roles you know? That’s where the story comes in >:) you make some good points!
Everything points to Lee Seung GiJung Ba Reum to be the serial killer 1. Psychopaths are genious and he could…
You know a part of me realllyyyyy doesn’t want him to be the killer, feel like this plot has been overdone quite a few times, but if the plot flows nicely where everything checks out properly, I’d see it coming and I’d probably be satisfied. If he’s not the killer I want it to be someone else we haven’t met yet >:) or maybe we have, we just didn’t think anything of their character yet.
Phew, this is darker than unexpected but I like it :D
I needed an ibuprofen after this massacre like damn lol, in the first two episodes so many things happened, I was already sitting down watching, but now I need to sit down again and process LOL
I hate "I saw the devil". I'm not saying it's a bad movie but it's so brutal and sad, especially at the end, that…
SKSKS, you are definitely not the only one, that movie has a lotttt of gore and if your stomach can’t handle it, definitely sit it out, it’s a great film psychologically though, like who’s the REAL villain of the story aspect, it makes you think. I think you should watch Mouse because it’s not ISTD level gore you know? Not gonna sugarcoat it for you though, even though they might be off-screen the deaths are brutal. Like people die, but most of the time it’s either off-screen, or from the side, this is the first two episodes just to let you know, it’s rated M for a reason lol. I have no idea if the writers are going to keep it that way for the rest of the show though, but I’d watch because the plot is interesting and all honestly, this show looks like it’s going to be one of Lee Seung-Gi’s best, he’s incredibly talented and his role looks promising, hope that helps a little! :’)
I also liked the idea of Kwak Dong Yeon, but Na In Woo has already been cast. I'm not familiar with him, but people…
OH SH— NO YOU’RE RIGHT, there was another actor that for some reason I mistook him for like wtf ... omg I’m lame lol, he is from Mr. Queen I got things mixed up, overall I’m satisfied and happy he’s in this drama, Mr. Queen was successful! And well, he didn’t like play a nobleman but a bodyguard in Moonlight Drawn by Clouds (Love in the Moonlight), I guess that’s the only saguek drama he’s been in actually, omg I loved Yeon’s character in that drama though. Guess what I’m trying to say is we get too many princes and nobleman as lead characters in sageuk, and I want to see more just normal / villager characters as leads lol, too many princes in the Joseon period sksks aren’t there quite a bit of other periods / eras in South Korean history? Why is it always Joseon? Is it that convenient in budget like? LOL
I also liked the idea of Kwak Dong Yeon, but Na In Woo has already been cast. I'm not familiar with him, but people…
Yeah, I read about that *sigh,* I hope Dong Yeon gets a chance to shine in future sageuk though, I feel like Ondals character really fit him, he’s under appreciated already and he doesn’t need to be a prince or a nobleman all the time lol, the reason the producers likely chose Na In Woo is probably because he’s already working on the drama and it’s easier that way, which I completely understand, I also think he’s talented :’)
XD
Ohhhh I’m on the hype train, so excited for this, if it’s the right air date! <3
