This drama was one of the most anticipated of 2021, from what I saw on a lot of lists (including mine) now it’s swarmed in controversy, and it just lost its main ML, damn, some heavy stuff ... I feel sad for the cast & crew possibly having to reshoot because reshoots are not fun lol (check out Chaos Walking’s behind the scenes and you’ll see just how fun reshoots are) but I’m glad the truth is coming to light, even if it causes a huge impact on the drama. I would’ve preferred Kwang Dong Yeon as Ondal because I thought he’d fit the part really well, but I’m satisfied with Na In Woo because he just finished Mr. Queen, and he’s also really talented :’), let’s see what happens!
I also think that time skips might confuse some viewers but hopefully, they will rewind back if something will…
Yup, I literally hate time jumps because of it :(, they just get really confusing and I’m here to understand a drama to some extent, like give me answers but not all of them, yessss lol don’t trust nothin’ or nobody rn, maybe Seung-gi’s character because he tries to see the good in others but who knows if he’s gonna stay that way by episode 20 lol
Dude, we’re only two episodes in and let me see here, a kid died, a woman got her head bashed, pretty sure we see a kid leading into psychopath tendencies, someone got decapitated, literally body parts were being hidden in Snowmen, I’d say it’s a solid 10 lmao, there’s even a message at the beginning of the show related to the child actors and counseling. This show is one of the darkest Korean dramas I’ve seen.
this was a good start but makers gotta cut down the ep length. 3 hrs almost for 2 eps. 18 eps left. don't want…
YES. I hate it when episode lengths aren’t consistent tbh, Netflix does this a lot. If they’re going to make episodes longer they should have a reason for it though.
This is one of the most ridiculously direction show I've seen. Dafuq is up with the time skip every 10 minutes.
That bothered tf outta me too don’t worry lolol, I hateeee it when there’s a time skip every few minutes like calm down, and let your viewers figure sh— out because taht’s what a show is meant to do lol.
The first two episodes alone, have some of the most brutal deaths I’ve seen in a thriller kdrama series, and I’ve seen quite a few thriller kdramas & kfilms, like holy sh— ... some of these deaths you had to take a step back and process what just happened, this show feels a lot like “I Saw the Devil,” (and if you don’t know how gory and bloody that film is, you might want to sit that one out lol) “Beyond Evil,” and “Strangers from Hell” all mixed in one drama in terms of YOU CAN’T TRUST NOBODY LMAO and cinematography. It’s impressive so far, in terms of storytelling and pacing, first two episodes were gripping, I could understand which characters are which, and the twists and turns literally every ten minutes ... Insane, crazy first couple episodes like many others have said on this feed, Lee Seung-Gi’s character looks promising too, especially with the “family” twists going on >:)
Let’s also take a moment to applaud brilliant storytelling in how we see a lot characters being connected in some way. APPLAUD.
The only issues I have with the show so far are the stupid time skips, *sighhhh* I have no idea why writers and directors choose to reveal time periods at the start of the series, that’s not going to help the pacing, people are just going to get confused going back forth five to ten years, lol not to mention that is what a show is meant to do, it’s supposed to give you those answers eventually, not right at the first couple episodes you know? That’s the only thing bothering me about the show so far though.
HOLY SH— THEY JUST DROPPED HIM, I DID NOT SEE THIS COMING ... I mean I did and didn’t like it was just hella sudden. Damn, considering this drama just started like a couple weeks ago this is pretty intense ... I mean we don’t even know if the accusations are real yet, well hope the truth comes out, and justice is served, I’m prepared for whichever result.
This show is nothing special so far, but I really loved how Seungmin denied Ji Na’s proposal in ep. 2 though, what a savage, he also seems to be the most interesting character so far, I’ll see where this show goes :—)
(also, Byeong-kwan is so extra in this show, and I love it lol)
stop buying into conspiracy theories about "govt cover ups". the simple story is that two twins on the national…
Then my question to you would be, how do you know they’re not trying to cover them up? I said it really as an example because these accusations are just one after the other, I’m not buying into government conspiracies lmao, I don’t even buy into U.S. government conspiracies, I just think the timing of all these allegations is odd, and I don’t think even you can deny that. The point I’m trying to make in my comment is we shouldn’t be quick to judge unless we know the full story of both sides, I’m seeing a lot of victim-blaming comments on this thread so I just wanted to state my opinion, that’s all, hope you’re doing well <3

Cannot wait for more episodes!!!
