F RIGHT!?!? When you think about it there’s not much to criticize in this drama besides some minor plot holes,…
Indeed! Here’s the thing though, I hate slow paced dramas, and this one STILL kept me intrigued lol, the writing most definitely kept me into this series and I’m so impressed with her first job, damn ... SHE WENT TO THE ONLINE DISCUSSION FEEDS BRO, no one can tell me otherwise lol, she’s seen the sh— kdrama watchers hate. True Beauty wasn’t that bad, but damn was it cliché with that love triangle, people said it was better than the webtoon and I can’t imagine how the webtoon goes lol, overall it wasn’t terrible and Cha Eun-woos acting performance really sold me in this drama, and that’s mainly the only reason I watched, also because of Moon Young :’)
RIGHT, with these kinds of kdramas I literally scream there’s 20 episodes, means we have a chance of getting some developed characters and a well thought out plot imo, and with that 60 min runtime??? Chef’s kiss ...
See now what’s reallyyyyyy interesting to me is that “rookie police officer” detail in the plot, because he’s not a chief police officer, captain, or a lieutenant, he’s more like sergeant or just standard officer with no rank who just got into the police world, which means were gonna see some vulnerability, maybe some rookie mistakes ... There’s a reason why this drama is on my list for most anticipated of 2021, and I’m not gonna lie, Lee Seung-gi is a part of that reason lol, I’m excited y’all ...
Basically any criticism (besides some finding it boring, which of course is just a matter of personal opinion)…
F RIGHT!?!? When you think about it there’s not much to criticize in this drama besides some minor plot holes, that’s about it, tbh I’ve seen boring kdramas and this drama isn’t one of them, I feel the people saying that didn’t finish the series or stopped after 3-4 episodes or at the middle and left lol. Every character gets development by the end of the series and I think THAT is what I loved the most about it, not one person is the same by the end <3 AND YES NO TIME JUMPS LIKE THE BS ONE IN TRUE BEAUTY SKSKS, and if I understand correctly is this Park Shi Hyun’s first drama? Her first screenwriting job? Because if it is, she kicked some serious ass ...
Biggest mystery in kdrama land:WHO ON EARTH IS RYAN?!?!
They should’ve put “Kim Seon-ho’s cameo” to good use, lol I’m seeing people comment he should’ve been Ryan, and you know what? THAT WOULD’VE MADE SOME SENSE ACTUALLY LOL
I somehow felt that Seonhos cameo was wasted, I mean I get it that they probably wanted to show him with FL but…
I agree with this, he was only there for like what 1-2 minutes?? And then the FL just left lol, he also didn’t come outside or anything when she did, I felt he was just “slid in” because of the massive popularity he’s receiving, but initially there was no purpose for his scene? Like I love him, sounds bad, but I kept asking “what does his cameo have to do with the plot?” If he was Ryan maybe that would’ve made sense!
Who else just thought it was chef’s kiss at the end they used the ost “Run to You,” the song literally fit so well to end the series and give us a satisfactory finish to each character arc? I’m gonna miss waiting every week for new episodes of this drama, it was absolutely fantastic, not ready to move on :’)))
