I agree too...i love this show...i think is really well balance in terms of drama/romance/comedy/mistery...The…
Hi Rita! I haven’t seen you comment here before. Glad to know that I’m not alone! 😍
Usually people who expect this drama to be full on romance would find ep 12-13 boring because these episodes only contain fluff and cute romance instead of hot kind of romantic scenes. 😂
I agree. Personally, I love mystery and suspense so I really enjoyed epi 14. If it was all romance for the remaining…
I totally agree! Too much romance is also bland for me, hence why most romcom dramas couldn’t reach above 8-9/10 in my watchlist (e.g. “What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim”) because too cringy to the point that it becomes boring 😂
I keep rewinding the scene where OSG made NGJ listen to the voice clip of his sister & NGJ’s conversation. No…
I almost forgot one thing!
It’s not just about the money OSG gave to NGJ! Remember in ep13, the scene at the columbarium, OSG was talking to his sister’s picture?
“It was a long wait, wasn’t it? Finally, the day has come. I’ll make Noh Gojin fall from the highest point possible.”
Doesn’t this tell us that he indeed has been planning to make NGJ fall from the beginning?
Why hasn’t anyone talked about this? Instead, they talked about OSG only knew about his sister’s death before NGJ’s accident? Am I missing something? 😂

We share the same thoughts about that money!
I’ve said it here a couple weeks ago in this comment section, maybe that money wasn’t his money in the first place.
That’s why I (currently) believe that OSG has been plotting his schemes from the very beginning he met NGJ. Maybe he waited for years just to crush NGJ from above.

Hahahah his tongue is as sharp as the tungsten needle! 🤣
But aside from other mean things he has said to people around him, I don’t find what he said to Ms. Ma (and also what he said in the recording) fully wrong tho.
Or maybe I’m not as forgiving as a goody two shoes like LSA(?) 😆

How could I not notice the date? Lmao I was too focused on the audio part.
“…as I rewatched and looked at NGJ's face, I'm guessing he knows that conversation never occurred and he is starting to realize that Se-gi isn't the top villain and that someone else is trying to take him down.” THIS right here!
I noticed it too. His reaction was telling me something is suspicious. It makes me believe NGJ is not the cause of her death.
I’m also glad I’m not the only one. I knew you’d notice more details than me. 😭
I think some viewers find latest episodes “boring”/“less interesting” because they didn’t expect this drama to take a dark turn with the mystery and all(?)
Because in the genre list, it doesn’t have “mystery” so I get why. Thankfully I’m okay with it because it gives similar feelings I got in “Kill Me Heal Me” era. Same types of genre (Drama, Romcom) but it has mystery & plot twists as part of the story, not just romance & comedy.
As for the comedy/humour part, maybe it’s not for everyone since the director has “unique” style in the comedy execution. I’m personally okay with the comedy style because I’m used to watching Japanese & Thai dramas, also Marvel - breaking the 4th wall, dark humour, comedy in dark times. So if you’re not used to watching other than Kdramas, the comedy may not “click” with you. Or maybe like some viewers, it may be able to entertain you after you rewatch! 😄
As for the romance, since they’re focusing on the unsolved mystery now, the romance took a slow turn in some episodes so viewers who started watching while expecting this drama to be full of romantic scenes might not be able to enjoy it (FOR NOW, since we have 2 episodes left). This might be one of the reasons some CL viewers “lost interest” from the main couple’s romantic vibes. I’m also hoping they’ll feed us with swoony sweet scenes in these upcoming episodes. 🤞🏼❤️
I also didn’t expect CL to be a romcom drama mixed of many genres. But luckily I’m one of the viewers who can still enjoy it because of the brilliant writing & execution since the 1st episode until now. The mystery just makes it more fun for me, especially when I can share opinions & theories with CL fandom (actually, it’s less fun when you don’t mix with the fandom 😂). It also gives me a chance to rewatch some episodes/scenes again and again to notice a lot of “Easter eggs” that the writer/director had dropped for viewers (the more rewatching I do, the more I appreciate this drama).
These are my personal thoughts from my own observation. Sorry for my (another) long post. 😆

Now that I think of it, everything you said makes sense. There’s a bit of every character KJW has done before, in NGJ. Wow, it’s really NOT easy to portray NGJ’s character. A grey character that not everyone can fully hate/love, not black & white (clearly bad or clearly good)
Way to make me appreciate KJW more as a brilliant actor! 👏🏼
I understand why you feel that way, hahaActually, this drama is mainly about the ML’s character development.…
I kinda feel ya! At first, I was uncomfortable too when he said that to her, but I thought again, to give him the benefit of the doubt.
Considering he really thought that she had cancer, he wanted her to stay by his side so he could take care of her - shows that he truly loves her.
And considering that from the beginning, his character is someone with abandonment issues, he doesn’t really know the right ways to treat people around him kindly (heck, he doesn’t even say the words “thank you” & “sorry” like normal people, even Shinah had to teach him lmao😩), so those words came out of his mouth.
But then at the end of ep11, his sincere confession redeemed those hurtful words.
Btw, sorry for my damn long replies. Y’know, this drama always makes me think a lot, pay more attention to details (I rewatched a few times to notice what I’d missed) and question a lot of things too! 😭

I’m really glad I found my people in CL fandom! 😭
I join those 3 groups, but I’m mostly in the 20% group. That group is my type of people. 💕

I’m just hoping I won’t be pulled back into a Kdrama slump after CL ends 🥲
