Now I’ll only visit this page when I find something related to LR on other sites and share it here.
This is not the first time this happened to my favourite dramas. I witnessed this happening with Cdramas Hidden Love, You Are My Glory for instance.
That’s why I don’t let reviews affect my decision to start watching something. I watch when I want to. If I like it, I stay. If I don’t, I drop and move on. 😁

That’s the nature here on MDL. The higher the ratings, the bigger the amount of bad reviews.
If I had let MDL reviews affect my decision to watch dramas, there’d be a lot of great drama that I would’ve missed and a lot of dramas that I would’ve regretted watching. 🤭

No worries. Lovely Runner is super popular worldwide, not just in South Korea. And LR didn’t only gain female teenagers fan, but also men, fans in their 30s, 40s, etc.
LR merchs were also sold out fast (I’m still waiting to purchase the yellow umbrella and keyrings). ❤️
My roommate, my colleagues, my stepsister, my former college classmate, my former colleague all started watching Lovely Runner because I kept posting LR contents on my IG story and now they’re obsessed.
TvN hasn’t moved on from Lovely Runner yet. They posted an apartment advertisement using a video edit of SolJae “newlyweds”.
YTN channel mentioned Sudden Shower/Sonagi on their weather forecast news for viewers to listen to during rainy days because the rain will shower and come like first love.
TVING posted an edit of Sol & Inhyuk with Monologue as the theme song.
If they can’t move on from Lovely Runner, so tell me how could I ever move on?

Kim Hyeyoon’s acting was a bit over the top there but looking at her now, that shows just how much she improved as an actress.

Same goes with my roommate. She loves it very much but she’s busy so she can’t watch it as fast as she wants.
So when my excitement almost caused me to let out spoilers, she’d scream “okay, enough! No spoilers, please!” 😭
Twitter, IG, Tiktok and YouTube feel more safe as there are millions of LR fans who are still stuck and can’t move on like me. 😭
