When he first confessed (excluding the confession at the pool when she was drunk), she thought he liked her because she made him confused. She thought he started to like her after the first time she traveled back in time. So she thought he liked the 34-year-old Sol, not the high school Sol.

In later parts she realised that her bias Ryu Sunjae’s first love has been her all along, long before she 1st time traveled

She was happy to know that but when she was going to reciprocate his feelings, she found out that he died because of her. So she avoided him to protect him, so that their fate wouldn’t be intertwined.
