I've been watching kdramas for 20 years. I'm sick and tired of the repetitive plots, the sames tropes, the same characters. I've really lost interest around 2019. Nowadays I don't even watch 4 kdramas a year. I think chinese and japanese dramas are more innovative.
I absolutely love Isumi, he's such a baby girl but also assertive and sometimes agressive lol. I love that Kyosuke & Isumi' relationship is cute and very natural without awkwardness despite the age gap. The pacing is good and they way they're learning about each other doesn't feel forced. They're meant to be.
I like that they didn't get off on the right foot, and that Sea didn't let Neil "bully" him. It gives me enemies to lovers vibes and I love it. It's more interesting to watch them find common ground and learn to appreciate each other than have them fall in love quickly.

Sorry, wrong choice of word. I meant we follow him and see him react to events : his sorrow and anger following his brother death, his interactions with 2 guys, and what seems to be hallucinations. We even got a flashback of his past with Korn. We can gather clues to guess his background and try to understand him.

We were mostly told those things, not shown. While for Tonkla we see him elvolve within the narration. That's why we're seeing him more than Tyme, more than any character except Great.

So to introduce Tonkla/Korn/Win we had to see them 30min per episode ? while TymeGreat don't even have 15min screentime together per episode ? We don't need to know them ? I don't trust Sammon, she's always talking bs to appease viewers.
about to get hated... but i prefer blank approach and moral of the story because Nueng really cut out the toxic…
Totally agree with everything. The ill mother arc at the end was awful. Once again the evil witch is forgiven and everything is tied with a pretty bow... I didn't feel the kisses and NC scenes. Good execution but no passion. I prefer Blank even though the production quality is inferior. The story is less infuriating and the chemistry and NC scenes are better.
What a let down. The plot is so early 2000's I can't accept it in 2024. The acting and the cinematography were great but the script is awful. Blank will stay my favorite GL. 6/10.
I love it so far. A romcom with a mystery, and a sensible age gap. I specially like the slowburn. I'm guessing Yu has been crushing on Ai for a while but was oblivious to it until recently because of the age gap and their friendship. Cause for someone who got dump not long ago he's been to cozy and flirty with Ai.
Maybe because he wants to understand what's happening to him, cuz he's been imagining himself with Tyme before…
Yep. That's why I'm not expecting much for the ending. Viewers theories are always more credible and interesting than her plots. She never sticks to the landing imo.
