Scent's dad did want to produce the perfume but after killing Gaysorn's dad I believe he's feeling guilty.
The series was never branded as a mystery. It's more about fantasy romance, hidden agenda and how they'll deal with the uncle.

Look, Scent is a jerk but it's clear he likes Gaysorn. He was attracted to him from the start. He didn't have to flirt with him to bring him to Bangkok since Gaysorn already wanted to follow him. Scent could just have played the friend and mentor role to obtain what he wants. What's ugly is that he does like Gaysorn but still choose to use him. That makes him awful.

Gaysorn to Scent : I trust you.
Me : No you don't want to. He only has dirty thoughts : to fuck you and steal your sweat. Wake up!

Ep 2 was good, better than ep 1. Saithan is a brat and I like it lol. I can see the daddy & brat dynamic between the MCs.

I don't understand some comments saying it bromance and yet comparing it to WOH. WOH isn't a bromance guys. It's a censured gay romance (like The Untamed). The MLs love each other and it's hinted several times. They couldn't make it more obvious. They even end up together.
So, is this series a bromance or a censured BL ?

I was not expecting much but I'm pleasantly surprised. I'm not a fan of the japanese delinquent high schoolers theme but the plot was interesting. I was afraid they would serve us bromance so I'm glad we got real romance : there was no doubt about the guys feelings for each other and the final scene sealed it.

I wouldn't say it bad...it's mediocre ? This could have been good if they had taken Solar's mental health seriously (like talking about treatment, seeing him in therapy session at least once) and if they had shown more flashbacks to add more romance. I don't know, it's lacking something.
