Rome raffy are just repeating my story it feels like rome will also walk away when raffy realises his love for…
To me RomeRaffy is more like SandRay where Ray pursued Mew and refused to acknowledge his feelings for Sand. Raffy will know what he has lost once Rome ignores him. And they'll end up together cause this season is predictable so far.
I'm quite baffled this season rates higher than season 1. Last season wasn't perfect but it was good entertainment (messy, funny, and it stressed me a lot). It had heart. This season's writing feels disingenuous. The stakes are non existent, the characters are 2D and their actions and motivations are dumb. The shock factor doesn't hit because they don't dare to go there (they fake promiscuity but don't deliver and the usual CPs stay paired). And most importantly, you can see coming all the character's actions, there's no surprise (I knew Boston was coming after Arnold when Tua didn't fall for his trap, I knew Dean and Arnold would have something going on, I knew Pete was a bad guy...).
Loving it so far. JJ is nailing it. Nakun's reaction is very realistic compared to most characters in time traveling series. Of course he's going to crash out and try to find a way home, before resigning to his fate. I really appreciate the series took time to depict that.
TeeTee is such a good actor! He impresses me every week. I love how he can switch rapidly from over the top Duang to serious/hurt Duang. He nailed his emotional scenes today. Can't wait to see him in a more serious role.
Annoying. I've waited for this series for months. The first trailer was good, gave Sex and the City kinda vibes (mature, funny, unashamed). But what I am watching ? Tropes galore! And not even used properly (who fall off a bike and straight to someone lips ? That's not how physics works. 2 strangers fighting for no reason and suddenly they're having sex outdoor on a boulder ?!). Also, Tee's acting is not that good. Same for Us, he's giving us nothing. I'll keep watching for the doctor.
A bit confusing but excellent acting. Why in the first timeline did Hyeseong think he would cause Woojin's death ? Maybe it's not the first time he went back to the past ?
He's a shower and it grows on you eventually. First few episodes I was struggling with him to be honest.
I see what you mean but I don't know if his behavior was toned down. I think we're just seeing him react appropriately to different situations. When the situation calls for it, he knows how to be serious. When something hurts him, we see him upset and processing why it happened. When Qian is being dishonest, he calls him out calmy. He also knows when to be serious and seductive with Qian. I think that's the beauty of Duang's character : he's not a 2D character, he's a free spirit, who also knows when to reign his chaotic brain and adapt to his environment.
Duang is a lot (noisy, childhish, I believe a bit on the spectrum) but he's also assertive and quite mature when he wants to be. He's not afraid of expressing his feelings and call out Qin for not being honest with himself. I love that. I love that we see a different side of Duang every week.
