Let's get intewwww it. So basically a lot of people starting off this show had a problem with the feminine males…
LOUDER!! You didn't miss! I love Toh's feminine personality and his flaws and I love Daisy 100% (not a fan of Kao's childhish attitude but that's another story). As I said in a previous post, gay fem have the right to appear in tv and movies and it's time they get the main role. We don't care about fake BL fans who are actually homophobic!
It was a nice series that could have been great. I was into it from episode 3 to 8 and then it went downhill : - Several time jumps made the story difficult to get. I don't understand why they took this route since they had 4 episodes left - Repetitive scenes with DomeVee that don't resolve their story. Dome broke up with Vee's sister so what they did had a lesser impact. I understand they wanted to play martyrs but even the sister told Vee she accepted the relationship. As such, their ending was pointless. Drama for the sake of drama. - I think I understand what they wanted to tell with FahTorn conflict (when two lovers work in the same business/have the same goal, if one advance faster, the other one can feel neglected and jealous...) but maybe 3 episodes about this was too much ? - I liked FahTorn but something was missing. Warm? Tenderness? Even months after being together they gave feeling of akwardness and restrain. - SaenAi is the sweetest couple but their romance happened too fast. After one look at Ai, Saen started courting him and they got together 3 episodes later but in the meantime they forgot to show us why they liked each other.
I like the Drama more than the manwha, I think the Drama is more mature and more melancholic. I also really like…
Someone said they completely changed the characters personalities because in the manwha they're both funny and narcissistic competing to be the most loved in university. Do you agree? From episode 1 & 2 I could see that happening but then they kept the focus on SiWoon's story at the expense of DaWon's character development. What about in the manwha, is the story fairly distributed or is it told mainly from SiWon pov?
I've been trying to ignore those comments cuz they dont make sense at all. There have been some who called Seng/Toh…
Yeah the negative comments about Toh/Seng are irritating because 1/Seng is beautiful, even when playing Toh and 2/we're in 2022 but people stay being shallow and immature... I'll stop reading comments on YT because the viewers there are only talking about which pairing they love more instead of discussing the series quality (storyline, characters etc).
People are so annoying (especially on Youtube). They wanted more development for NueaToh (as in meaningful conversations, explanation why Toh collects things etc) and when we finally get it, they completely ignore it and only talk about wanting more SkyJao and TouchDaisy! It's ok to like the secondary couple more but it doesn't make sense to ignore the MC and constantly complain about them having more screentime than the other characters. I mean, before starting a show we know what the series is about and who the main couple is. "The secondary couple is more interesting than the lead couple, the MCs can't act, I rather see the other couples...". I'm tired of people suffering from second lead syndrome.
Someone here was talking about Seng's appearance and said that "Toh wasn't beautiful". I don't like arguing about…
Thank you! Toh is very cute with a killer smile! And irl Seng is so pretty I can't take my eyes off him. Everyone talks about Nuea/Billy but I'm crushing hard on Seng lol. Negative comments about Toh's apparence show how shallow people are : they only look at the hairstyle and glasses and don't even see the guy's features.
The love triangle and the secondary couple were useless! They should have used the screentime to focus on the MCs : add background for each of them and show us when and why they felt in love.
Just finished it. It was so lovely! The acting and the cinematography were great. I love the chemistry and the intimacy of the MCs. The story was good tough a bit difficult to follow sometimes. I appreciate they add a social commentary about appareance, fat shaming etc. I just wish we had more background for Da Un. This series is now my favorite korean BL with To My Star.
I'm here, barely breathing but still alive! I swear I've never screamed so much while watching a BL. Through the…
Ah, Nuea. He's really the King of Seduction. I don't think I've ever seen a character like him in BL before. Mind you, it's also the first we're having a character like Toh lol. I'll always remember this series for giving us such a flawed but amazing pairing.
