Just watched ep2, the flow is a bit better than ep1 although the continuous jump from one clown music to another…
They started teasing each other, liking each other when suddendly Fighter started to go out with Hwahwa. I guess Tutor was disappointed because he liked Fighter. He became cold to him as a defense mechanism. You can see Fighter is hurt by Tutor behavior. My theory is that he liked Tutor from the start but couldn't admit it. Thinking that Tutor and HwaHwa were too close and might become an item, he «stole» her from Tutor. So now they're stuck in faux hate relationship until Fighter grows a pair and confess.
I'm just here to say that Fighter has the fattest crush on Tutor. Also I just really liked this episode in general.…
That's so obvious Fighter likes Tutor lol. That's why it's baffling he chose to go out with HwaHwa! My theory is that he likes Tutor but couldn't admit it. Thinking that Tutor and HwaHwa were too close and might become an item, he «stole» her from Tutor. So now they're stuck in a faux hate relationship until Fighter grows a pair and confess.
Is it me or does this show focus way too much and spends way too much time on the seemingly irrelevant side characters…
TharnType and TeeFuse cameo were awesome! It reinforce the narrative that Zon is in a BL fiction. I love how they stayed true to the characters (Type always the jealous guy and Tharn knowing how to charm and calm him down; TeeFuse reenacting one of their famouse scene in MIR). But I agree they spend too much time with the Cute Boy Fanpage girls and HwaHwa's friends who were talking about Fighter's penis...
I guess I'm in the minority, but I prefer Zon/Saifah to Tutor/Fighter. Too many characters. Hwahwa is super annoying,…
I agree Tommy is awesome! Very natural acting. I also prefer ZonSaifah pairing, they're so funny! TutorFighter is more like the angst couple of the series, and ZonSaifah is the comic relief couple.
Wait... I don;t understand why Fighter and Tutor hate each other... is it because Fighter was mean to Tutor during…
They don't hate each other for real. They started teasing each other, liking each other when suddendly Fighter started to go out with Hwahwa. I guess Tutor was disappointed because he liked Fighter. He became cold to him and Fighter reciprocated. You can see Fighter is hurt by Tutor behavior. My theory about Fighter is that he liked Tutor from the start but couldn't admit it. Thinking that Tutor and HwaHwa were too close and might become an item, he «stole» her from Tutor. Then along the way HwaHwa found out the truth and now she wants to help Fighter confess to Tutor but he's too stubborn to do it.
What's wrong with adding straight couples? Don't you know a thing about diversity?? They also add gay couples…
"You look to old to be thinking of something so ridiculous and childish." Didn't you write this? You started with the rudeness and now you want to play the victim? Next time, try asking politely why someone thinks in a certain way instead of telling them their opinion is ridiculous and childish. And by not reading my answer you just prove you're a kid.
What's wrong with adding straight couples? Don't you know a thing about diversity?? They also add gay couples…
Please, shut up. Am I your friend for you to patronize me? Diversity is welcome but not if the straight couples have more airing time than the main gay couple, as it was in Waterboyy. I'm old enough to have seen many thai series so I do know not all of them have gay couples as secondary couple. Don't make a generality just because for the past years there has been a trend of adding a gay bestfriend or a side gay couple. Too often they add straight couples in BL series to cater to all kind of viewers. Some production companies even said adding a straight storyline is mandatory in order to fund the series. So it's not even a question of diversity, don't be naive. Yet, having gay couples in straight series isn't automatic. So why should it be for BL? Try counting how many thai BL series there are with only gay leads? Not that many, you'll see. However, a series like TharnType is a great exemple proving that series with only gay leads can be as interesting, successful and loved by all kind of viewers, as straight romance.
Mixed opinion after episode one. The story is quite original and interesting but the directing isn't my cup of tea. I'm tired of thai series with background noises added to make it look fun and trendy, the unavoidable poo joke, the hilarious friends who aren't that funny... At least the main couples have chemistry so I'll come back for episode 2.
Not a fan of TinCan: Plan isn't even comfortable with skinship and he doesn't have chemistry with Mean. Also how are they going to deal with Techno rape by Kla? I get that it happened in the book and it's supposed to be fun but they should have changed it in the series. For example, it could be a lie from Kla to persuade No to be his boyfriend. Anyway, I don't think I'll watch LBC2. I'll keep hoping for LBC3 and AePete reunion...
DBK's gay representation is one of the best in BL. We got supportive parents, a nice and smart ex-girlfriend, a gay couple preparing their wedding and coming out talks (PeteKao talks about coming out to Kao's mom, Mork telling Rain off for outing him to Manao). It's a shame PeteKao storyline was bad. It really drag down the enjoyment. At least SunMork was good. Their story was mature and real. On the acting part, I'm sorry to say but New hasn't improved since Sotus. It's quite painful to watch him in dramatic scenes. Tay was good but he wasn't given much to do except being angry or annoyed.
Unpopular opinion, very unpopular opinion (please don’t come at me) but I’m not sold on Fluke. Yes, he is…
That's why I've never liked him. I just can't with his smiling face. He's good in dramatic scenes as you said but even then I'm not into it. I can feel him acting, you know what I mean?
Before commenting I want to point put that these will be my opinions and mine only that they do not intend to…
Sis, thank you! I felt I was the only one not into this series. I'm trying but I can't get past episode 5. I just don't get why people are loving it, I don't get the hype.
Trapped is good but not that good. I understand people are tired of high school dramas and want mature stories so Trapped was a welcome change in the BL world. But when you choose a subject such as a cop and gangster romance I expect you to do it realistically and with a tight plot. Which Trapped quite failed to do. 1 - Shao Fei was too childish and impulsive for a cop. During many episodes, the acting was forced. Jake Hsu isn't a newbie though so I wonder if he was asked to act this way. 2 - Shao Fei getting shot at or stabbed was repetitive and in the end didn't have much effect. 3 - Jack and Zhao Li An were cute why add a second couple if you don't give them enough screentime to develop their characters and background? 4 - The gangster plot is all over the place. It started strong (and a bit confusing) and then it took a backseat for the romance before ending in a rush. I guess I'm not into cop/gangster romance. Trapped is one of the best BL out there but it didn't trap me. It was enjoyable to watch but I'll not remember it years later.
