I kind of dont think it is? seems like the timeline is actually passing fast rather than the events, like when…
This might be true, but there isnt any progress in their relationship to show that, like her getting rejected, kissing , breakup, patchup all happened in a weekend and then all of a sudden its 6 months and now they are saying i love you in that same ep, there shouldve been some more eps, 12 eps dont do justice to this director's work.
The drama lacked substance, not one of them had a strong motive or strong personality, it felt like children who are plotting schemes to get what they want believing they are adults but in this drama children were actually adults.
Nana is a fabulous actress but she couldnt pull this character she looked too pretty and disconnected from her role or more like they didnt gave her enough screen time to actually potray that, JCW is also an amazing actor idk why he has become such a manslut as an actor, i have watched alot of kdramas but no one dare to do this much nudity as him and his character was a douchebag, SYJ character was one with no substance at all, she literally was looking like a child in an adult body, but her acting was far better than any of them.
Apart from that, I think the nudity was the main selling point here but I was expecting some plot as well but there was none. The plot was strectched too much.
I cant believe Love Doctor will be his last project, but i was so much looking forward to his works coming every year, he had an amazing sense of directing the stories, linking one scene to another instead of jumping from one cut to another, and I loved this so much about him as it is something everyone cant do or I must say I havent watched any other work like his.
The melodic sense, the complexity of trivial things explaining so eloquently, he truly was a gem for me.
