ah , I see , as for fl telling her put headphones on so he couldnt hear even if she had yelled , the moment he realised was when he looked around and her luggage was missing and the reason he couldnt stop her was because he knew he has nothing to offer to make her stop.
the fl was the one who decided to stay with her when he has nothing and also was the one who left her when he still had nothing to offer , I understand fl that she left seeing no future in the relationship but I also think these are moments when someone's can truly show his/her love to their partner that I am with u in both thick and thin not because it was thin and now it is still thin so I gotta go type
as for the game I think the whole new idea was created after she left her so on a good point he atleast got rich xD but his life was black and white as he depicted which was SAD , the fl was such character not everyone get to meet ALAS!

the boy get out of jail and the girl gets 4 years of service and after getting released she joins school as a teacher and just like the first scene of the movie where she was explaining the diff between "Was" and "used to be" in a sentence
As for visionary aspect she is still doing what she is agreed to be when talking to the boy during her bullying time that she will protect the world and boy will protect her , so she saw a girl getting bullied in the school and was taking her with her after school ends and this is where u get the glimpses of boy following her as she was walking on the pavement
as for the further exp from book point of view I think it was more wide and satisfactory u can scroll down a few comments down and someone has already explained the book ending and story .
