The killer can def get SUS, by the probability of her being on a video call and he ended it but only if we consider that possibility. she never for once came to the any places she been asked to come because of her relation with his brother but because of her personal matters and remember she still thought of 2nd note were from jihyun because of her beef when she was in the locker area . Asking Osung was def the problem and was utter chaos. but the note didnt flinched any source of info about his personal motive, nor she was aware of it being related to anything or from anyone. Its not about rich girl,she was the topper and the prefect, its about her bringing 3 bullies, she might have went to clear the air or something with no expectations, there was no solid proof until recently that it was def a murder for sure for her too. and the stuff about raping, the rapist was already out. the topic about suicide , it was there , remember that shooting colleague of her , when she asked her about it , she replied so u already heard the rumors , so it was def there to begin with and she got away with simple logic that she know him because of the shooting stuff and lastly they have also diff family names, no one cares why this girl is interested in this guy , it can be just sheer curiosity as an outsider.
Only two incidents happened , one was her mistake, osung's one. asking people about his brother is the problem not going to auditorium following the note, no one is waiting to kill someone there when the CC is all around the campus and so many witnesses with no way of making it in a suicide , this is what i believe. the 2nd one, parking one, i would say that was a hard luck. u can be careful and cannot be , ofcouse she might have been but she was just outnumbered.

yes exactly why I said that, considering how he is already suspicious for the murder of the fl's brother wearing same red shoes , just gave a contrsdicitng opinion maybe the writer is trying to emphasize that what we saw in ep 1 is also him and stuff but these scenarios are difff so if they are diff , there is no way the writer will try to make him into a bully if he is not the killer of fl's brother in the first place thats like making two villains for a single plot which makes no sense.
