The technical problems were a little disappointing - for some reason Filipino BLs seem to have an almost universal…
I don’t get the sound issues either. Seriously I feel like someone could film the scenes with an iPhone and have better sound. I’ve noticed that some new series now have an announcement at the beginning that says to use headphones for best audio quality. That is never a good sign.
Episode 4 was excruciating to watch. There were cringy prolonged scenes (e.g. Benjo fantasizing with Emil's underwear)…
It was really bad. I am so disappointed with this one. The continuity made no sense. It seemed like the food critic came in the afternoon or early evening. And the party seemed to last until super late at night. Why was Emil at the restaurant so late? I mean, did she sample every single dish they made and stay until late into the night? I’m not into shaming anyone, but I just can’t get past the food critic’s bad Botox. It looked like she had half her face botoxed and the other half looked like it was sliding down her face as if she was melting.
This is terrible beyond belief. I can't even tell what genre this is. Everything about this episode was awful…
I can’t argue with any of that. I’ve started to discover be careful what you wish for. I have been disappointed by so many 2nd seasons now. Why do they always take something good and turn it into sh*t with a quickly thrown together sequel. This is one show where I was looking forward to the second season and now I’m sorry I did. I think I like this one even less than LBC 2, which was dreadful. I think we might need a better comparison index. Maybe Cancer > getting stung by a swarm of murder hornets > Amore.
Episode 4 made no sense at all. And what the hell happened to the food critic’s face? Plastic surgery gone wrong? So far I am not liking this season 2. I hate the maid. I know she is just there to cause trouble to make things more dramatic, but I really find her annoying.
Miko just signed the contract in a livestream at youtube, he will also be co-producing the series. Aki wasn't…
I have to admit I knew nothing about the character who plays Miss Becky until much later, so I really wasn’t sure why there would be just random looooong scenes with her vacuuming or dusting. It felt like I was watching a bad version of Mrs Doubtfire. To be honest, that isn’t a favorite film of mine, but at least Robin Williams went all in for the role. Like you said, it was kind of half-assed. And Amore….. you know my feelings on that. I could watch 56 episodes of tomb raider shows on Viki and it would feel shorter than an episode of Amore. I will specify that Amore is probably the worst BL show I’ve ever watched through to the end. So I’m sure there are way worse shows out there, but I probably dropped them after one or two episodes.
I am team shin woo all the way. I feel like they have way more chemistry and even a future together. I think Shinwoo really does like him a lot. It’s an interesting love triangle. And Daon sadly, because of family and other expectations, he will probably stay in the closet and marry a girl he doesn’t really love.

I felt it was too campy at times. I could have done without so many scenes of Miss Becky cleaning the house. Some of the scenes made me cringe, but the steamy chemistry between the two leads were enough to keep my attention. Sky’s ex should have been thrown in jail. She literally tries to kill Sky with his peanut allergy. And kidnapping ChukChuk.
This show doesn’t seem to have a lot going for it. Pacing is super slow and it seems like nothing happens in the episode. Cheska is one of the most annoying characters. I keep watching just to see if anything exciting will happen? Has there only been four episodes? I haven’t found any more.
