My prediction is that Tong will fall first and Mark will fall harder
The more I thought about it, the more I contradicted but also agreed with my previous statement, so I'll explain😅: Mark will initially be drawn to Tong because of his golden blood. Finding reasons to get close to him, like joining the basketball team.
here is where my mind is split, there are two ways this could go (according to my head🤪): 1. Mark sees more to Tong than his GB, builds an unintentional interest in him, and protects him from the evil Mond. Tong picks up on his care before Mark realises he has feelings for him. So Tong will see the "small" things he does (unintentionally) and fall head over heels. (this is my Mark falling first, Tong falling harder) or 2. Tong picks up on Mark's want to be close and misunderstands it as feelings. That way Tong develops a romantic interest first, but when he goes in to pursue it, he shocks Mark by saying something along the lines of "Well you hit on me first" and goes in for the flirting. Now, Mark does not regret a day he's lived as an immortal because of it, but Tong gets caught up in danger because Mark falls in love with him. (protecting his sunshine at all costs) (Tong falling first, Mark harder)
