most BLs you can guess how it will go but like i have no idea how this show might look like and what kind of reactions…
Here's my take on the risks: 1) People should learn to judge something for what it is, not for what they made it out to be in their heads. 2) If you think about it, many pairings were "unlikely" pairs before we saw them in anything together. Gawin has proven to have good chemistry with many actors, and Joss is good at what he does, and they seem to get along very well every time I see them. So, I have faith that they will make it work❤️ 3) I was raised to believe that everyone is entitled to their own opinions, whether it be ice cream flavour or politics. It should not affect how a person is depicted as long as they are a good person. I'm not saying I agree with the far right, but that actor is still just human. He has thoughts and opinions just like the rest of us. (I don't want to start a fight or heated discussion; I am just stating my opinion.) 4) Plot is vampires, we haven't gotten a single good bl about vampires. I don't think it's outdated, just never well done. I personally NEED IT! 5) Considering how long post-production takes, I believe they are spending serious time making this series look good. (or maybe they cut down on scenes that require CGI, like flying, I don't know🤷♀️)
