Tang Yi gets imprisoned for his crime and his lover waits for him to return.
But why? He didnt commit any crime. He didnt kill the guy and he landed up shooting A-Fei which was a mistake. He wasn't into the drug thing and in fact the police knew he was legitimising everything. So why he did he have to surrender. If it is short term that's understandable. But this seemed long-term like the guy going to jail and the other guy waiting for him and so on. Why? Please explain.
Okay so I need some clarification. Why does Tang-Yi go to prison? He didnt kill anyone. I doubt he surrendered for having gotten the other drug lord killed in the second or third episode. And he was already stopping drug sales, which even the police and Interpol well knew. So why did he go to jail? He tortured the guy who murdered his father and Shao-Fei stops him from killing him. And Shao-Fei gets the bullet but is alive. So why did he go to prison...like getting bail and then going for long enough for Shao-Fei to say he will wait for him? What did he do? I dont understand this. Someone please explain.
Well said, Plus tried to shove secondary couples that contributed nothing to the plot down our throats giving…
Exactly! This was the most blatant money grab I have seen in the BL industry. There are other stuff like 2gether and so on, that clearly try to capitalise on the success of the first season. And that is okay if you are putting out good sequels. This was just so clear as to why the series was made. They used MewGulf to do all the other nonsense they wanted to do, be it money making or introducing new actors or whatever the hell else they wanted to do.
LMAOOO, I luv this.Im just thinking about how much I luved season 1 to this. It is a talent to ruin something…
I know! From the first episode, it was evident. They had no story. They had no time. But what they had was MewGulf and a desire to capitalise on them! And they did!
Congratulations to whoever wrote this story, whoever wrote this script, whoever directed this series, whoever edited this series! You literally took one of the best couples in the business, who had the best chemistry of all BL couples and turned them into a caricature and destroyed their chemistry! As many times as we felt awesome when Mew and Gulf got together in Season 1, this season I was actually uncomfortable in their romantic scenes. I didnt want them to have love scenes and look at each other and give horrible dialogues just for the sake of fan service! It was like watching a cheap b-grade movie with porn music in the background! You took two great actors with great chemistry and for the sake of greed and taking advantage of fans, wrote a horrible screenplay, hired a director that can't direct and an editor who edits like a school kid and destroyed everything that was good about this series and these boys!! THIS IS NOT WHAT PEOPLE WERE WAITING FOR!
That was pretty good. Tul was very natural in his acting and the story is engaging. It was a bit LOL the way they…
Shower scene?! What shower scene? All I saw him saying he is going to shower and then he is in a towel putting on his shorts. There was no shower scene. Did I watch a censored version or something!
I don't think Oh needs to ask sorry. He did what anyone reasonable would do: reject the unrequested sacrifice.…
If you notice, my point wasn't that he SHOULD apologise. It was that he didn't like it didn't matter at all. But mostly, my point was NOT AT ALL about Oh.It was about Teh's stupidity! Lol!
"But the best friend is so full of ego, he would much rather attempt it on his own when he has failed many times…
I see your point. I am going to stay with what I perceived from watching the series BUT...I see what you're saying. And it makes sense! :-) Its all about seeing it in different angles I suppose. I personally think we relate based on what we have gone thru in real life. Don't you think?
