I have been skipping the scenes between yanyan and mingyi. Annoying to watch; not sure what the writers were thinking. Unless other viewers actually like watching them spend time together?

Sounds like the lesson is: force the marriage like a villain and the victim will eventually warm up to the villain.

I usually skip side love lines but this drama did a really good job writing theirs. The two girls go through life/social/ economic struggles while the two guys struggle emotionally in attaining their love. The two guys pour their heart out so they really tug at your heartstrings.

Their chemistry is quite natural so their intimate scenes are realistic. Some of their kisses reminded me of mine.

They got into a bit of French action. No dead fish here.

I think that part of her is fine; one of her character's shortcomings. If anything, it's endearing because it shows her consistent character -- a go-getter. If she's too perfect then she'll just be a Mary Sue.
