Oooh nooo haha I read the synopsis, and was so excited about it. Then I read your comment... It reminded me I promised myself to stop watching her dramas. I'm so disappointed everytime. I watched KEM mostly cause I wanted to see Woo do Hwan acting one last time before enlisting. Even with him being amazing and the great cinematography I couldn't finish. I'll give her another chance to prove me wrong, hopefully we'll enjoy more this time ;)

Hey, I just wanted to tell I read a big spoiler in the comments under the youtube videos. ( I think it is, but anyway, it's affecting a lot my watching experience). I am only episod 2... So yeah if you are about to start watching this show and prefer to discover things by yourself, be careful to not read the comments too much...

I read his company now saying there was no sexual assault, and he'll do his military service.... What a chaos this all situation his, it won't be the last time unfortunately. Yes I agree with everything you are saying. This also really surprised me, someone mentioned this law in a comment concerning the APRIL bullying case, and I couldn't believe it. I am going to look more into Skorean laws about these subjects. I'm French , I have studied laws, yet, these situations are so problematic and deep rooted that it requires me a lot of thinking. The fact that years has passed is making a lot of people think it's not a problem anymore. It also bothers me that the agencies are not clearly stating what wrongdoings has been done. Facts are important. But they always kind of let people guess or imagine things. So not only the alleged victims can't fully get recognized has being victims ( which is important in the process of healing), a lot of fans end up thinking it's alright. And it's not helping to educate the youngest ones, what example are they setting? Also, how come fans think they are the ones who should decide what should happen without knowing much about the real situation? They do contribute to the mess with their blind love, or immature hate. At least we know that the marketing and polished image of idols these companies are making is effective... I just read some comments on instagram I have no words left lol

Thank you for writting this. I think all the people wondering why the victims doesn't talk sooner should read this. It's the all system that is failing them , the way it is right now is not working. Otherwise it would never have to be exposed this way. Where's the proctection of the victims when things happen? Also why is the system not facing that some kids are doing bad things, and ignoring they have problems. It's also giving up on them. It's just so wrong.

Oh it's annoying :/ I haven't watched this version, yet. But if you are not too far into the drama, I would recommend you to watch the longer version instead, I know it seems like a lot of episods but it's worth it. The reason why it feels disjointed is probably because this one is an edit of the longer version, they focus more on the relationship between ww and LZ, so they cut a looot of scenes. It will probably feel less confusing and you will enjoy the story a lot more. If you ever do, I think the longer version starts differently. So if you don't understand right away it's normal, don't worry. The beginning will make a lot more sense, and will become very meaningful later in the show. I hope this helped...

Me too. Whyyyyyyyyyyyyy? I am so pissed right now. Plus I really struggled to watch the last 5 episods, it was too melodramatic for my taste. I really don't get why they him give this ending -_-

Yes, The untamed was also the first I really loved, I tried to watch other C-Drama (popular ones) after that and I dropped many. Not that they all weren't good, C-Drama are long and the second half often gets messy for my taste. The only other C-Drama that left a big impression on me was " legend of fuyao" ( this one is not without flaws, but I really loved the story and the characters, the FL growth and the male lead is smart ). Without romance I know people often talk about: Joy of life
More realistic I did enjoy " the story of Minglan". Ohterwise you have modern romance drama like " put your head on my shoulder"" sweet tai chi", "my mr mermaid" . I don't know anything that would be similar to Ocn drama, " my roomate is a detective" is the only mystery drama I have heard about but if I discover something I will let you know.
Maybe don't try to watch another C-Drama right after the Untamed, I am scared you'll automatically be disappointed haha

What kind of drama you like? Maybe I can recommend you something. It's fine if it doesn't work for you though, there are plenty of kdrama to watch ;)

I thought I was the only one not enjoying this as much as everyone else is...I don't find it extremely bad but I also think a lot of things doesn't make sense in the way some characters behave, and if it keeps going this way I will drop it. And yes it's not the most important but it's also bothering me, what have they done to her hair?
For now ( ep7) I will keep watching, maybe some things will have a better explanation later, but so far I agree with your review.

I really enjoyed it. I struggle to finish dramas lately, so I was satisfied with the 10 episods and the ending. I am not used to watch thrillers though, some reviews says the writing isn't so good, it might be true, I don't know.. I watched it without thinking deep or any expectations and it worked for me. I would say try it. JDY is becoming one of my favorite actor, from Nokdu to this.. Well done.

I haven't started Perfect and casual yet so I don't know if you'll like my recommendations. But very light and fluffy watch I enjoyed " My mr. mermaid, my neighbour can't sleep" Even though I haven't finished " love is sweet" and "the love equations" were cute. This year a lot of people also recommend " my love enlighten me"... I hope it will help
