Medicine is a more stable job than voice acting. Doctors are always needed, but there are not always steady projects as a voice actor and one scandal and a voice actor's career could be over. The drama briefly said something about how QQC had shared a post and people got scammed from the post and blamed him. Voice acting is stressful too. Especially since he was trying to keep his face unknown.

The first episode may seem boring to you, but at least give it a few more episodes to see if you will like where it's heading. I'm addicted at this point thirsting for the window scene in the next episode, but you might be different.

The novel didn't focus on second lead couples, so the drama is writing this. I think Doudou has a couple of moments with Mu cosplayer in the novel, nothing serious.
