Finally complete this drama, what a ride! I feel like the first two cases kinda boring but it picked up later. Maybe because I'm watching a lot of detective drama lately so I don't find the cases kinda crazy or hard like the clue was there easily found. I found the cases of Sheji Valley the most intriguing since I don't think they end it yet like there's so many small details that I only notice by reading comments. Let's just hope all questions will be answered if they make season 2! It just I kinda wish they toned down the romance because sometimes the romance kinda throw me off but it's okay that won't make me rate this drama low.
So to anyone when will this drama ended? I count up till now they have 38 ep, if they released 8 eps a week does it mean we need to wait another week for the last 3 eps? ><

Ofcourse I love his smart and strong side but when he started to revenge TZJ's death by killing I started to doubt him. - Idk for others but I love lil Fan Xian! - The character here were so cunning that my mind just go "wth" everytime lmao - Some ppl might hate Wan'er but not me though. I feel like her presence in this drama is a Joy because of how cunning other character are to Fan Xian. - I love how at the end his adoptive family was the one who truly care abt him and not to forgot Fei Jie^^ - The last 4 ep if I'm not mistaken is kinda boring since mostly of the scene is talking, talking and talking. - I NEED SEASON 2!!
I'll say that I'm not heavy drama watcher like I choose this drama as the drama I want to watch is still on-going. The plot despite being heavy I find it easy to follow and so creative (shoutout to the writer!) The script was so witty and humorous, I was scare at first it would be very dark but luckily nope! Even the fight scene was beautifully filmed! Gahhh I know about the ending so I'm not that shocked and ik he would do that as CPP said he hate Beiqi to the core.
Since we're in this topic, what is the original being of Shanggu, Tianqi and Zhiyang then? I'm confused by this since I only see Bai Jue's fire.
Btw another question, did the ending of this drama actually happen in the novel or they just add it to end the first season?
