I'm thinking of watching this drama for so long but the first two episodes doesn't look that promising. I don't want to drop this drama so can I anyone tell me when will it pick up? Like will it get better? I love all the scenery, tho!

"The language change and the 40 episodes" if this ain't me when I start cdrama. It's okay, I remember the feeling of weirdness when I first watch cdrama lol and cdrama eps are actually 40-45 mins long (if we excluded intro and outro maybe only 39 mins?) for one episode. After awhile, I'm not used anymore to 1hrs of 16 eps kdrama if that make sense. Lastly, I REALLY RECOMMENDED THIS DRAMA!!

yess I think it's just similar though, I kinda forgot about dots but If I'm not mistaken the fl is already a good surgeon while mika is still a resident. Xing Kelei is a special policeman while yoo shijin is a korean special force army(?). YAMH toned down the action scene a lil after they get together while I don't think DOTS do that. The second cp do remind me of dots's second couple but it so different because shu wenbo is a total blockhead lmao so cute while dots's second cp know each other and just playing push and pull relationship?. for the earthquake I think it's nothing to stole because it's a really common disasters in china and I remember I read somewhere it's related to an earthquake in china? For me I love YAMH more (though I hope they put more scene for the SWAT's team) and truee I REALLY LOVE THE FIRST MEETING OF XING KELEI AND MIKA :D

Around ep 34/35 ? Right after combat day. They do get more annoying in the future, be strong.

Kinda my question too as I watch another drama with the male lead as a ex-swat member and he literally can do everything. If that ain't convincing enough, my brother who's interested in swat know all the basic for medical but idk why they put this swat member here unknown of medic.

The only thing I wanna complaint is too much couple. sure, I love wenbo and xiao xia's adorable interaction, dr. Shen and ke yao kinda weird but interesting relationship but sometimes the focus just more to them. Also, I think what mika said is true, wenbo is a fast learner he kiss xiao xia more than our main lead's lmao

Finally finished this drama I really love their natural line and the way he ask her out "Can you cooperate? I can't date myself anyway" please no kidding I'm sad I won't see any more xing kelei and mika :((

That shen's siblings really got me rolling my eyes with their dirty schemes. Luckily enough Mi ka is strong and sensible. When she right out call the security, respect! I really love how at last, keyao was the one who solved the problem because we know, xing kelei is a responsible and righteous man so no matter what he never could handle two girls like that easily when they keep mentioning his mentor. Idk if anyone feel unfair that kelei leave the problem to keyao but that the most right thing to do as right after kelei the one who can be "responsible" for them is her if we consider the shen's siblings logic.

Tbh, I saw a lot drama do that so I don't feel bother anymore lmao, remember when he eat at a restaurant with shu wenbo and lu feng before operation? I thought he finished operation and had no hair so he wear bennie HAHAHAHA
