I really like how this drama is bringing up a great discussion about partners and what should be given up/or not, in a relationship. It also clearly shows the double standards we still have in society when it comes to a female/male decision regarding jobs, opportunities, and relationships. We really haven't progressed that much.

He's wealthier than YOU think. He is younger yet lives in a nice apt without roommates, is able to filled with close with turtlenecks just because of a comment (that was kinda funny), is able to stand up to his superiors because he knows he can live without a job, and also goes out to eat ALL the time with his noona and gf. I don't know what your definition of wealthy is but it seems like he is especially for Seoul
