Agree with the FL and her sister. In the webtoon, the sister is the main supporter of gaetal and linked to the activities. I dont know if that is the case here. Some of the plotholes might be cleared or explain later as it is a mystery thriller. Or it is not a plotholes but clues

The pic of Min Soo was already on KMC's fridge in ep. 2. He knew it was him. He also knew where the first video was recorded in ep. 3. The writing on the wall was one way to communicate with KSJ. I don't think KMC is a dumb police.
KMC knew he couldn't catch Min Soo easily; he might hv tried before as he reminded the chief in ep. 2

Hate to see people commenting that KMC is useless. When KSJ said, KMC is so smart.

They are smart enough to narrow down 2 out of thousands without lots of leads. The gaetal probably knew later that they follow the fan letter of KSJ. So the police hv to change plan every time.

The rating dropped in Korea..it is the same slot as Longing for You and its that drama finale. It is hard for a thriller drama to be aired once a week..All other dramas already completed or nearly completed. The korean opted to watch TKV on Netflix

The Killing Vote is doing great actually with just three episodes, when compare to all dramas with more airing time and episodes. It even making top 2 on Netflix korea behind Mask Girl.

Only netflix korea now..hope it will be worldwide

This is from a webtoon with the same name published in 2016, it is not the same as the Devil Judge (2021) although the same voting thing.
1. The drama is mystery thriller, so the writer will give clues for each episodes, you must be alert and pick the clues.
2. Some watchers ignore the clues from episode 1 and missed the connection.
3. Every characters has connections even the simplest character.
4. Main complain I found (up to ep. 3):
-Why the FL was choose to investigate- she is related to the whole story
-Why use robot (AI) voice for the Gaetal? the voice need modulation to hide the real person. I personally don't think it is a robot, its just modulation of the sound wave.
-Why the FL acted like that? she has her history with the case
-Why the school students-also related to the case.
-Why the residents acted like that - It is like that in Korea, people hate the police and their government decision with death penalties.
-Until episode 3, there are 3 deaths already. 2 first voting are related to the real case in Korea.
