They alternate each year, once it's in spring/summer, once it's in winter.Season 1 was during spring/summerSeason…
They were more spring than actually summer, tbh.
On His Man Season 4 Jan 22, 2026
I really just love how His Man has continued to decide against having hosts/commentators which I feel are completely unnecessary. They must be one of the very few (if any) Korean reality/variety/dating shows without commentators, yes?

Maybe he was going to throw the Malatov cocktails at the asteroid.
What's your opinon on how much they edited out Yoo Ah In. I honestly think they didn't edit much out. And whatever they did remove, would not have made the show better or made the show any less of a mess. Probably would've made it even more of a mess, tbh.

I can see some people are using the excuse that Yoo Ah In getting edited out is the biggest reason that the show…
Not a single story, save for Yoo Ah In's Yun Sang flying into the sky and punching the asteroid off of its path, would have any positive effect on the series. In fact, any other random plot thread involving Yun Sang would have just ended up being yet another underdeveloped, nonsensical story to tell alongside the other couple of similarly shallow stories.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.The worst NF series I have ever seen.I will not recommend this watch to anyone. If and when…
Maybe he was going to throw the Malatov cocktails at the asteroid.
On Goodbye Earth Apr 29, 2024
What confuses me is that the themes and stories they focus on (human trafficking, corruption, revenge) has nothing to do with the asteroid or the end of the world. Like, they could have told the same slow, convoluted story (even including the civil unrest aspect) without the countdown to asteroid day. Because, I don't know about anyone else, but I came into this series thinking it would be some kind of character-driven, but action-packed disaster/apocalypse epic. And it ended up being really anything but.
On His Man Season 2 Dec 15, 2023
His Man 2 being so simple, yet so good is affecting my watching of Single's Inferno 3. That show just feels too contrived and forced now. Lol

Also love that His Man doesnt have commentator hosts. Lol

Anyone else feel the hosts/commentators are becoming increasingly unnecessary? I know it's a staple of Korean…
In the first season, their reactions felt more real and raw. Like they were watching the show at home. Now, their reactions feel scripted. Or at least, they are playing up to the camera more in the sense that they say things just to say things rather than give their honest, unfiltered reactions. Plus, yes the recapping the scene that just finished is hilariously unnecessary.

Person Kim Ji Soo
Positive news today. Ji Soo gave an interview to Chosun Ilbo and says that he and the initial accuser have met…
He and "A," the only one whose accusations had merit, have made peace with each other and have a positive and developing relationship now. That's what is most important.

Different from the webtoon but still good
What are some of the differences? One of things I'm reading often is that the webtoon was a bit more character-driven compared to the series.

They had the guts to replace him with another actor. Seriously, I'm totally not going to watch season 2 now. I…
Rapists? Would you like to name them?

And they replaced Ji Soo with Na In Woo for accusations that ended up not even true. And they look nothing alike either. Likeness has nothing to do with replacing an actor.

Now that this is over, I wonder what all the whiny ass bitches in the comment section is going to target next?…
MDL comments section is as much a horrible cesspool as Twitter is. Maybe even worse. So many people thinking they are scholars reviewing television series.

"I disagree with the rating, so it MUST be wrong." Umm... okay. Whatever makes you feel good.
Welcome to the typical kisskh comments section. You'll see lots of those hot takes lol

How is the rating STILL above 8....The ratings shouldn't be more than 7.5 in my opinion
The rating is STILL above 8 because, I don't know, that's what people rated it. Just because you don't agree doesn't mean there's something wrong.

Also, from episode 1 they kept saying Wonseok was a horrible disgusting bully. But correct me if I missed something,…
No, they didnt show anything else. Which made all they were saying about him BS. He was obviously the victim the entire time. Maybe that was intentional on the show's part. But that was definitely not the biggest source of mystery or tension in the story.
On Never Let Me Go Dec 15, 2022
This is the first time I'll be watching a follow-up series for a BL pairing. Granted, the only other BL pairings I've ever watched are TayNew (who have only played the same characters in their projects together until Cherry Magic next year) and PleumChimon (who sadly never got a follow-up after My Dear Loser/Our Skyy).

So I am most intrigued in watching Pond and Phuwin go from FUTS which was as fluffy as fluff can be to Never Let Me Go which is definitely far more dramatic and heavy.

Confronting a person you suspect to be a serial murderer alone...do stupid females like her exist🤣
Their hot love making must've clouded her judgment for a moment. lol

Title Connect
This feels like a two-hour feature film that they ended up stretching out to fill the 4.5 hours runtime for the six episodes. A good premise. But the odd pacing removed any opportunity for more character development and depth. And for a story like this with potential discussions of mortality and discrimination alongside the usual corruption and conspiracy, I think a slowburn-type introspective treatment would've suit it better.
On Cherry Magic Dec 2, 2022
Title Cherry Magic
This ADAPTATION will be twice as long as the Japanese adaptation. (likely 12 hour-long episodes vs 12 half-hour episodes), so that alone implies there will be many differences. More of the manga will adapted. Different aspects of the story will be included, Original additions and twists will be included.

And again, Cherry Magic TH will not erase the Japanese series from the face of the Earth. Just like F4 didn't erase Meteor Garden (2018) which didn't erase Hana Yori Dango which didn't erase Boys Over Flowers which didn't erase Meteor Garden (2001) which didn't erase the manga.

Switch in Itazura na Kiss or Hana Kimi or Absolute Boyfriend or plenty other series adapted from other countries.
