the baby brings back from the past things that are lost in the present timeline and I meant that he disappeared from the fire of the present timeline where he was originally supposed to die but didn't, which I think might be the only reason he could be brought back :)

He was not found in the present because he literally disappeared aka lost under any normal person's definition. They had a funeral without body because he was literally not found in the original timeline

aww I couldn't rewatch it just for the same reason I can't rewatch mystery / thrillers once the explanations of everything has been satisfactory but yes the OST was really really great! The piano piece was also so melancholic!

he can get lost things which applies usually to objects but his dad was an exception of the humanity as he didn't even get to die in the present but was just lost between timelines :)

But awww soooo cute that the descendant of a time traveller of the past didn't even know what "past" was and didn't need to know because all he knew is that mom wanted dad and dad was in fact lost - being the only perfect human being for his power to work on as other people die, they don't just disappear from the world while his dad did just that 🥺

Even if he wouldn't die, he wouldn't come back as perfectly neat and clean as he is :) Regardless, the point is that yes, he was the reason the dad could come back and it was quite well done

I don't think he travels back chingu. He would die if he travelled to where his dad was because he's too tiny for all that smoke. He summons him. Dad was a lost person in the present time so he could summon him back
