First of all, that's just how he naturally talks. Second of all, you're a rude, judgemental jerk.
I dont even care if im misundestood or misinterpreted and i dont have a problem being in the minority, but stop saying i said things i didnt say. If you are too woke and too sensitive about other people's comments, then thats your problem too not mine. I still stand by what my original comment is though

Hahahhah again stop putting words in my mouth! And yes, i still mean Chen and not Key. Rewatch the series if you must, and check who speaks like a 14-year old girl and oh, to make it easy for you, i dont mean the sound of their voice.

You cant sleep without me replying to your comment???
I dont even care if you call me a judgmental jerk. Like i said i really really wanted to like the show with the cute cast, but everytime Chen says his line i somehow get disconnected, not because of how he delivers it but because of how the script is written. Thats how i feel when i watch the show. When he said he is so marupok it made me laugh so hard. When they were in bed together i cant help but feel like there's 2 actors delivering memorized lines, for me ait just felt so unnatural.
I saw some of Alec Kevin's interviews and although he speaks Taglish naturally, its not nowehere near as close as Chen's delivery. I dont think i know any boy/man/guy (and gay) who speaks as posh as Chen on real life, maybe its because im just poor and i dont have posh friends. Vlad from GSP is also so conyo but somehow the delivery is more natural (i dont even like GSP). If you cant deal with my honest comments, then thats your problem not mine. You can call.me the rudest judgmental bitch for all i care.
Since it's been mostly positive comments, I'll throw in some critiques. Does anyone else think that the writer…
I agree 100%
And i feel theres something wrong with the acting or editing too, the delivery of the lines feels forced, its like theyre in a rush and just reading from a manila paper.
And yes, even Pearl is not as funny as before. And the guesting of the Gameboys didnt make an impact...
Huhu please understand that the Philippines is in a CRISIS :
Moonbyulie its ok we all understand the situation. But you have to check your facts too. Although hundreds of thousands are evacuated and billions worth of property are damaged, typhoon Rolly casualty is below 50, even typhoon Ulysses is below 50 too, NOT HUNDREDS.
NOOOOOOO !!!!! I waited all week for this moment TT-TT .... Aren't they pre-produced drama? Why are we have to…
People will call me insensitive too but the 2 week wait for finale is becoming the norm in Pinoy BLs. They think its building up the hype or whatever but its not. Hello Stranger did it, My Day had a two week gap between ep10 and 11. Gameboys had 3 week gap bet ep 10 and 11 and another 2 week gap before the finale. My extraordinary did it last week, and now this. I know there were 2 storms these past 2 weeks and ok id give it to Gaya sa Pelikula. But what is the excuse of the other shows? Thats the reason i didnt bother finishing My Day and will not be finishing My Extraordinary.
Stop giving this a bad rating because it's sad. Ken and Shake are still together, so it's not really sad. History…
Its not getting bad rating because its sad, it is because it was poorly planned and executed.
Up to now, i still dont know why this is titled 'My Extraordinary'. Can you describe anything extraordinary about the love between Ken and Shake? Is the love portrayed between the 2 enough to move heavens and earth just to bring them together? In the first place their love was just beginning - they didnt even have label for it yet, heck they were mostly denying what they feel for each other before they died. And yet during the last 2 episodes Ken was saying things as if they were madly deeply inlove for years. What they have is a beginning of a puppy love at best. Had they given the relationship 2 more episodes to show that they indeed really love each other, then that may tragic end and afterlife may have been more believable and relatable.
Was the title 'My Extraordinary' used because of Ken's bitch best friend's supernatural power of seeing ghosts?
The problem with this series is they used unimaginative cliches and overused tropes to create unnecessary drama. Maybe they want to win acting awards, but what it did instead is just annoy the viewers.
One of the sad and tragic BL - UMWA has gotten a fairly good rating. Im not saying that show is good, but it is somehow more satisfying than this.
It's not sad. It's a horrible message. They had to DIE to be together. It reads all sorts of wrong. Sandee has…
EXACTLY! I think those who defend this series doesnt really understand the gravity of the actions for the 2 women in Ken's life. Thats what make it so frustrating. They should have at least showed Sandee and the mother taking responsibility for their actions. Sandee bringing the 2 together in afterlife??? Really?
OMG i wanted to really like it sana but its so konyo, kaya i cannot. I mean, they are parehong so cute and im so marupok too, pero my gosh gulay i really kennat.
But seriously, i dont know why the decision to make Chen speak like a 14 year old girl, and yes, i still watch this because of him, i just feel like i could have enjoyed this better if he speaks normally. I know a lot of people find his character cute but imagine a wave of teenage gay boys in the philippines speaking like that??? It wont be as cute as you'd expect. Yes, i may be poor and i may not be living in a super posh village where speaking conyo is the norm but the way he speaks is still too much for me.

2nd lead syndrome is also strong in this one!!! Im afraid that hes going to get hurt, if Ben doesnt want him i can take care of him myself!
