I love how there’s always a correlation between my favourite couples. Years of pining? Check. Gay panic? Check. Idiots in love? Check. Oblivious people in love? Check. Angst? Check.
Thank you guys for the stream yesterday and having to see my yearning comments. (I was sheep and owl yesterday) I am a hopeless romantic. In conclusion, it's about the yearning
My life with cherry magic is like my menstrual cycle. I’m having pain to anxiously wait for new episodes to come and it’s taking way too long like my period cramps, then I’m having the best time of my life when watching it like I just finished my menstruation and a whole celebration
天官赐福 (Tiān Guān Cì Fú) or the English name, Heaven Official's Blessing

Do note there are 5 books in total. Book 1,3 and 5 are set in the present and current events while Book 2 and 4 deal with the flashbacks. The chapters vary in length. Book 1 has chapters 2-57. Book 2 has chapters 58-88. Book 3 has chapters 89-180. Book 4 has chapters 181-198. Book 5 has chapters 199-244. Then we have extras on 245-252.
For those who want to read the Mandarin version, it is available at JJWXC (it's in the link itself under the novel section with guides on how to buy the JJWXC raw)
I tried to give this a second chance after dropping it in episode 2 lol, but I just don't dig into this. The cinematography and acting are great but the plot is so not my cup of tea and I couldn't care less about the characters. I got bored from episode 1 already :/ and I ended up watching episode 3 in 2x speed and dropping it after that after seeing the first part of episode 4. I feel like this is more suitable as a movie than a 5 episode series.
I'll still recommend this to my other friends because it is way better than most Thai BLs I've seen and has a great message and I'm sure the Thai audience (especially from those in the LGBTQIA community) would appreciate this type of content, especially when it's from their own country. :)
I love the ending too! It’s a perfect way to end the series and I knew the ending was going to happen, and I…
Yeah, that part was sad :( I cry easily, but surprisingly I didnt cry watching this show. I cried reading my BL novel and when I finished it last week I cried again cause what am I gonna do after this XD
I like the ending. I've expected it to be less predictable because from the start, this series is a reflection…

This is a great guide for those new to TGCF because there are a lot of characters and arc. I used this while I was reading and it helped me a lot :D

For TGCF fans interested in the anime (donghua) and want to support and watch it legally, everything is in the carrd, including the manhua version
Have fun reading stan Hualian (The ship name between the two main love interest)

Like in the Movies is also very good, it’s more of a coming of age story as well :)
Objectively the show is very good
