i need more episodes π it just keeps on getting better and better and we are not even on the main plot yet. so far, i like the pace of its storytelling
one of the things im looking forward is the relationship between princess anning and anle. also "diziyuan" coming down from the mountains is going to be exciting
aside from the poor cgi, most scenes are actually pretty well-shot. also loved Reba and gj's chemistry/dynamics plus the fights scenes didn't disappoint
okay before starting the drama i had 'some' expectations but few episodes in, i realized propaganda tv dramas are presented in a different way. i agree with most viewers when they say this is like a textbook/lecture/documentary type of drama. some parts were fast-paced and intriguing while some were boring, confusing and too heavy for my braincells esp when it comes to tech and legal jargons (which you could easily just skip btw) i think reba's takeaway from this drama is getting recognized for her smooth line delivery and getting positive feedbacks from viewers & those who are in legal profession on how she nailed her role as a prosecutor. goes to show she can do more than just idol dramas. the rest of the cast were also good, acting-wise ... although some characters were really annoying as hell lmao. i also find it funny how tencent is very similar to huiquan corp. (livestreaming app-kuaishou? ++ their gaming division). anyway, this drama could have been better if the legal part was presented in a simpler way, script smoothened out plus lesser episodes. surprisingly though, i was able to finish all 40 eps

Yes march 26-29 no episodes, but after that we'll have 6episodes (2eps/day) before part 1 finishes. I hope it really ends soon so that we'll have our English subs!

if i remember correctly, yunhe also asked changyi why he was caught by shunde when in fact he's powerful. Changyi said that there was someone who appeared that was stronger who sealed him (i assume it was the grandmaster)
