Just a really great show -So well written and acted that I couldn't help but be interested in wine tasting (something that could have easily made me bored) -There was an underlying tenderness and unique pace to the ML and FL's Romance -Fantastic OST -Had a massive crush on Mi Ya and I'm not ashamed -Loved what they did with Dai Chao's character -Made me smile a genuine smile at several points - Its a 9/10 from me
-There were sweet moments at the beginning -As the show progresses the obstacles between the couple become maddening (I expected this) -Loved her bestfriend -All in all: after watching the Taiwanese original and Korean remake, I think they reshaped aspects of the story line quite well and it wasn't a bad remake
-Last time I laughed this much was when I first started watching kdramas -Looooved the FL in her all her glory and weirdness -Perfect balance of humour and seriousness -Favourite couple in a Kdrama -Moo Yoo Ran= An absolute Bhaddie *Best Drama to end my second term of Uni with! 10/10 from me
Absolutely loved it! Only thing I would change is the title: Instead of 'Lies of lies' I would either call it 'a Mother's love' or 'Lies of a Mother' Give it a watch and you'll understand why.
-Loved the singing and music -Disappointed but not surprised at the representation of women -I don't need a main character that karate kicks every guy that offends her, but I do need one that at least comes to realise that she is worth more than male approval -No criticism for the emotional dialogue on not meeting the world's beauty standards, that felt real -5/10 for me
He went high school student (who are you: school 2015) To college student (Weightlifting fairy) To high school teacher (school nurse flies) Just waiting for him to play a dad now ?
-More like nightmare mother-in-law. -The whole crazy mother-in-laws being weirdly obsessed with their sons was quite off putting. -FL was a bit over the top but I went in expecting her to be a crazy -I did kinda like the innocent romantic moments -Stopped watching at eps 8
-Loved Tae Woon, what a gem, wasn't so keen on the FL. -Honestly I kinda liked Hye Mi more as the series went on, felt like she really developed. -The FL's back and forth between Tae Woon and Hee Chul almost made me stop watching tho
