I started watching because of Jeon Yeo Bin but dropped after a few episodes because it was too boring for me. I didn't like her acting in this one. The plot also seemed weak. Though I didn't watch till the end. So maybe it gets stronger towards the end, idk. Also also its humour was not for me, at all. Maybe I would love it if I were younger.

They have mentioned him in the first episode of season two as far as I remember. He went to another hospital I guess.

Well there is really hardly any romance between them. Other than getting together, they do not even have proper scenes. And, yes, they practically do not get together. At the end we see them sitting side by side and that is all. Annnddd sorry for the late answer :|

You can try Five Enough. It is not sooo similar with MFIS, but it is also heart warming and the acting is good :) it is also a family drama.

I thought there will be romance between MunShik and Hyun Ha :/ I have kept my hopes high till the end of the drama but there was none :((((

I agree with it being disturbing at the beginning, I also dropped it once because I really felt uncomfortable watching those moments. But if you go on watching, it really turns into a good romance. It is only like that till the second or third episode :)
