Actually they don't really show who he says. It's only conveyed in that conversation with Kang Sol A and for all we know he probably just said Kang Sol and Sol A would have assumed it was Sol B coz we all how dense this chick is. But her assumption that it's probably the other Sol could also stem from the fact that she knows Sol B likes Joon Hwi and she thinks he's returning her feelings.

They don't actually say whether it's Kang Sol A or B. I'm assuming he just said Kang Sol and everyone just assumed it was Kang Sol B because everyone already knows she likes him or it could also be because people think they would make an ideal match or whatever. I feel like Joon Hwi is just playing along with these assumptions coz he knows who likes and he'll confess to that person (Kang Sol A) when it's the right time not because he's being forced to in a courtroom. And the only person that is shown who believes that the person he identifies as the one he wants to look after is Kang Sol A and we all know flipping dense she is...smh.
