I really enjoyed watching this lakorn. It was comedic and informative at the same time. I hope it motivated people to care for our environment and not waste food. The drama shows us how hard it is for farmers to grow the food and one small mistake can ruin the entire yield.
Ooof! That photo of Kim Soo-hyun and Seo Ye-ji near the end is just perfect. If you zoom in, it feels like they're looking right into your souls! Such beautiful and talented actors, both of them! I hope to "It's okay to not be okay" breaking into the Top Ten soon! Fighting!
The trailer came in my recommendeds right after I watched the trailer for you're my glory and I just was blown away. I don't think I've come across this kind of premise before and I feel like the way the trailer was edited, reminded me of Western trailers for movie rom-coms.
If they change the cast, I will boycott season 2. I will pretend that a season 2 never came out. I hope they don't…
I think MAB 2 was great. It had so many moments where my stomach hurt from laughing so much, and they also expanded the world to include more characters like other "monsters", her grandpa, etc. And the actress and actor did a really good job with the roles they were given. Maybe you should check a few eps of the 2nd season of Tiger and Rose when it comes out, before you make any judgement on it. They all would've worked very hard and gave it their best, and just boycotting because the same cast isn't there without watching first would be in bad taste.
How are they going to fit 33 episodes of content into just 10 eps unless they cut alot of parts from the original? Then it would just look like a really watered down version of the original. :(
Does anyone know why Ep 21 isn't subbed anywhere? It doesn't make any sense that ALL eps except 21 are eng subbed completely. Please let me know if you find Ep 21 subbed! Thnx
This is the first time I will be seeing a Grand Emperor in Chinese dramas. If I'm not mistaken, the Grand Emperor would be the current emperor's father that abdicated the throne during his lifetime. Usually, I see the Emperor dying or getting killed before the next Emperor can sit on the throne in C-dramas, and I was under the impression that in Chinese history, there was never a good relationship between the emperor and the next emperor, so it always came down to a fight for the throne or waiting til the emperor died before having another emperor, which is what led to babies being put on the throne so power-hungry people could control the country without getting their hands dirty. Anyway, it would be interesting to see the nuances in the Grand Emperor and the Emperor's relationship and how the power is balanced in court with the previous emperor still living.
please sign my petition asking Netflix, viki, viu, Amazon prime to have this and other series on their platforms…
Count me in! I would honestly love for thai lakorns to get subbed officially by streaming sites. Other asian country dramas get subbed by that, so why not thai right? It certainly has a big enough audience now, I think.
