For me I really didn't want a happy ending. But this is not what asked for. It's just bad writing.
The show stopped making senses at episode 8. It's like since they couldn't follow the webtoon anymore, it showed how they weren't actually good at writing... I didn't even read the webtoon but I can say it was much better.

In fact it would have been better if Seunghee only apparead again for that crazy moment at the end of episode 10.
It was ridiculous to see her go in and out of Ah Jin house...

I don't even know what to think about the last episodes. I feel like I'm watching another show. The writing is ridiculous, it feels like watching a short cdrama. I can't even say I'm dropping it cause there are only 2 episodes left lol

Ofc JS is not in his right mind. Altough AJ went through the worst she also does abuse Junseo mentally starting from their childhood. If you rewatch from the 1st episode you will understand that JS is also a victim. She told him she is the only one who care and and love him. She keep blaming him making him feel guilty about what happened. She keep calling him weak because he don't want to kill nobody. All this to manipulate him into doing what she wants. She is the one who came to ask him for help to seduce IG not because she liked IG but because she wanted use him. She told him it will only last a year. Ofc the guy wonder what's going on.

Now I think the main reason Junseo is loosing his mind is guilt. He probably feel guilty for how she turned, guilty for what she does to others and guilty for helping her to do what she does. Even his love for her is guilt.

I actually had to go rewatch the episodes cause I tought I missed something.
From what we've seen what is highlighted about their relationship is her relationship with the grand mother. When she died. The writers showed us in different ways how this affected AJ
However when IG kil..d himself we only had that bathroom scene where she is still blame him. But nothing about how he treated her, their relationship, nothing showing that she liked him.

I also think the events that triggered the break up are meaningful. Because it come from the idea that he wanted to retire and marry her. but let's remember why she got with him : fame and power. Now add grandma. And for me we have the reason why she stayed with him more than a year.
But if he doesn't have that anymore she has no reason to stay with him.

Afterall why would she likes him without all that. She didn't like the guy who went to prison for her, She doesn't like Jaeoh who would do anything for. She doesn't even like JS. IG is even more weak than JS and AJ hate that. So where would the love come from ?

She stayed with IG more than a year not because of love but because she had no reason to break up. And there was probably the fear she would loose what she gained from being with him. Nobody want to go back to square 1. If she liked JS and wanted to be with him then yes maybe she would have ended things with IG but she doesn't so why would ?

For me nothing actually prove she actually liked IG. But the relationship with granma was deep altough I'm not sure yet how deep it really was.

It's always interesting to see different opinions about the events in the show . But this time I don't get why so many people think she actually liked IG romantically ? Altough the writers threw some confusing words I think they also made it obvious she didn't...

But I don't think it would have changed anything. He didn't seems to believe that she did it anyway. He still liked her and didn't want to break up.

I need Cdrama writers to be more creative with their english title 😅

Hopefully Viki will also pick it up although they seems to struggle in getting Cdrama lately. Youku TV app is a mess.

Wow such an amazing casting. Hopefully Viki pick it up but it's seems it has has been difficult for them to get new cdramas lately....

There is nothing more annoying than a drama that start high and end low...

Sick mentality because I like watching flawed characters ? I dont want to watch a drama with perfect people. I've seen some and It was boring. A normal person knows the difference between reality and drama. What make a drama good It's all the emotions it brings and negative emotions are part of it.

Are we still talking about a drama that isn't logical in the 1st place ? Cuz me I'm not taking anything seriously. I've more important thing to put that kind of energy into lol have fun tho...

Relax Its just a drama and and if you have watched enough of them you can Think about all the ML in most popular drama most of them are trash yet it did well.
My basis is its perfectly fine to write flawed FL for me it make the show more interesting.

For years asian drama have had cold rude male lead and obsessed female lead and people still ate it. I dont know why people dislike it when It's the opposite. Let the FL torture the ML a bit. That's how it should be anyway men should love more ahah

People are worried about SE. I'm worried about the ML hairstyle. It's bothering me ahah

With a safe choice of only 26 episodes I tought the producers were smart and that the plot would be moving well. But I was wrong. In comparaison to most drama that start slow but pick up later this one is the opposite and it doesn't seem to be a good thing....
