Yeah honestly her character in JOL wasn't well written. you should try her new drama The Song of Glory she is amazing in it. And the story is interesting so far.
This systeme do actors dirty lol. I mean in 3 years their acting probably improved a lot but then they have to cringe watching their old works lol. Watching XZ and LQ works recently I hope the difference in acting won't be too noticable cuz I have some exceptations now lol
If you are afraid to watch this because as a feminist you don't really like harem and women fighting for a man. You are wrong. This drama has probably the best written and most interesting female characters that I've ever seen in a drama. Rather than saying they are fighting for a man I'd say women are mostly fighting for themselve and fighting their own self while criticizing the society they live in. men are just side characters. There are mostly no one dimensional female characters but grey like and smart characters that challenge your views of bad or good trough the whole show. Good can become bad and bad can become good really fast but still in a logical way because people tend to judge people only on what they see forgetting that there is always a part of a characters that we don't really know.
Ok I'm on episode 4 and I must say I am actually surprised with this drama. It's interesting so far. I like the fact that they didn't directly jump to romance but took time to show the leads life and hardship individually. So Instead of just waiting for them to fall in love I'm also looking forward to see how FL career will be handled
What I like about these kind of cdrama is that you don't need to worry about 2nd lead syndrome because most likely only 1 main will make it alive at the end of the show lol
so the first 33 episode were amazing I binge watched in like 3 days but I have difficutly finishing the show now. Maybe because they build up tension a lot and we reached a climax but then it went down suddenly ? Can someone tell me if things will get interesting again or it will keep this peace?
