This drama is driven by remarkable acting by all actors involved , not one single scene seem to be boring and dragging because the actors .involved ..not just main actors but entire cast ....you just get attracted and become curious for each and every character even their screen timing is small

Story is average ..it is just like Romeo and Juliet ...love story between two people who can't be together , if they would have little bit careful with the story they could have avoid unnecessary controversy because main plot is something else .....however direction , set design , cinematography are excellent and background score makes it thousand times better

Here I am not undermining Koreans nor glorifying indians but talking about unique case of cancel culture ..padmavati become the major block bluster and sponsors never backed out from it and those were the political goons ...
Since korea is very homogenous society , public morality has very strong grip on the artistic venture , which is unseen in other democracies even if they are not perfect one. Sometimes public morality checks the excess of artistic arrogance and incomplete knowledge but but manytimes it suffocates the artistic liberity

Well it's true that we can distinguish reality vs fiction , but in case of razzi it's different because it is not about us that is viewer rather it is about the real person who is alive right now and without her consensus they distorted her history and sold the product as truth to us ..which is scamming ....

🤣🤣🤣In india , it is totally another case , they sold raazi in name of true events and then it was fictionalised and took away the agency of real person ..authour of book was not even invited at the launch and he harshly criticised the makers of movie ..in reality the woman spy was was proud and in movie , it is shown she was grieving and was guilty ..it can be described as artistic theft of real human being's agency because it is imposing makers' fake morality and wokeness on the real person ...however at the same veer zaara is not problematic because it was based on fiction ...
We indians really don't have control on elites ( irrespective of any ideology )

I think whole problem is writing and compulsion you should write ideal female lead who is self sacrificing but at that time you should write empowered female lead to suit present sentiments ...I would rather want shrewd practical and intelligent female lead who doesn't shy away that she wants comforts in her life but also love ....I don't think that is wrong

I love the show but story in first half of the show is hung on "craziness of king" and another half is, " fl is playing hard to get " though I understand fl logic , however with that logic I don't see female lead really love male lead , she looks happier without him and is not remembering him at all ..that's why it is hard to ship them ....with that kind of thinking , it is better to live outside the palace .
I always felt in the show that female lead never fell in love , all she is doing out of steadfast loyality ...now when she is getting together with him, it is because of insecurity against another woman (it is so contrary to her behaviour ) Or wanted comfortable life .
So in the end makers end up making a female stereotype villian who is hurting and jealous of 'our pure fl' and fighting for ml ....why do you need other women to look idiot or bad or shallow

For the first time I agree with Hong Deok Ro that female lead herself is not that ethical that she assume herself to be ...she too took calculated risk just like crown prince

Even I agree with , it just left bitter taste in my mouth ..I was expecting something more ...see I do understand fl but she is acting 21st century girl in 18th century that seems out of place ...but I just hate forced kiss types ..

Did you read the novel ..can you tell me what happened because given limited number of episode , I can't see romance now ...

Can anyone tell what happened in the novel , like I knew the , real ending of kings concubine' but how novel concluded the romance because now drama is looking so hotch-potch ..deok Im is not interested anymore ..it just seems like she has accepted her fate , male lead is becoming entirely new person , more ruthless version of him ..there is no romance now ...
However the show is still good in all other departments ..it's just story seems unfinished

It's 3 years already passed right, then how come Hong deok ro's sister who is going to be concubine did not grow ...she is still a child ..come to think of it , she was in teens when deok Im met her 3 years earlier and in present after 3 years she is still the same , she should have become adult or show some change of growing up

I think they should have put female lead villian till the end as she added that spark and sense of danger in the drama .....she would have provided the legitimate reason for female lead to be concubine to crown prince in order to protect him ...now we are just too desperate and there is only pull and push and only 4 episodes are left and I don't think I have seen any proper romantic scene

Just imagine your entire hardwork of your life your passion and your career just came to be ended because two years ago you were having a bad mood or more seriously you are depressed ( some very private issue that shouldn't bothered people ) and did not hold a hand of main actress in press conference ....wow ..sometimes it just amazes me that this guy lost 3 years of his career just because of brainless fans

I agree with you , artistic liberity should not come at cost of distorting the history as propoganda in grab of entertainment but the thing is in Korea you don't have any safe space for dialogue and discussion ...the spaces is almost skewed ..if you keep on cancelling ..then what about criticism ....this act is wrong ..this does not mean I support the distortion of history
