If they haven't by now they probably won't. Honestly there probably isn't a huge age gap. Toki is a junior, so I'm guessing he's 17. I think we could safely assume Sahara is a recent college grad, so that would make him around 22/23. Also the age of consent in Japan is 16 so it probably isn't a big deal in fiction-land. That being said, in reality it would be a huge issue because of the power imbalance, but this is a BL so reality doesn't apply here, LOL.
