Very cute first episode, and I'm looking forward to see how Mame tackles a more lighthearted storyline. Including Pai and Sky in the first few minutes was a great idea to encourage viewer buy-in and I think it's a lot of fun that these stories are all taking place in the same universe. Very glad there's only 7 episodes, leads me to believe it will continue to be a lighthearted rom-com. Looking forward to episode 2!
I was going to give this a skip based on the lackluster reception, but my sister watched it and liked it so I gave it a try. I'm glad I did. It wasn't the best BL I've ever watched but it was still pretty enjoyable. At times it felt a bit like a Wattpad novel, lol, but there are also discussions of trauma, mental illness, consent, and workplace issues that make it feel a bit more unique than your run of the mill BL. If you're on the fence I'd recommend giving it a try.
I'm thinking the cherries were an aesthetic choice for the pilot trailer and none of those scenes will be in the…
yeah the shots with the cherries looked more like promotional shots rather than part of the story. also New was holding a cherry pillow in the reaction video, so I'm hoping they were just running with the theme to be cute, haha

is it me or did the trailer feel... toned down? japanese version was full of emotions and comedy and quirkiness…
My thinking is that Japanese dramas (especially those based on manga) tend to have a highly energetic, almost manic sort of humor and pacing, which the creators of the Thai version may not have felt would translate to the Thai BL medium. That's my theory.
How is Kaweee still friends with Not, I dont understand. All Not does is put him down, harrass/ embarrass him…
I think he wanted to open up to people and make new friends, but unfortunately he chose a toxic group. However, I'm loving the character growth with Not sending the encouraging text to kawee before his student rep interview.
I'm loving this so far. I really like that they are not only focusing on the love triangle, but also Kawi growing as a person and becoming a better friend.
I'm really enjoying this so far. I'm super impressed with the production value and the acting is really good. Rain makes me laugh, he's the "lovable idiot" type which is a character trope I really adore. I feel like the sexual tension is there, I'm excited for it to become a little more consensual, lol. But that's to be expected in this type of drama. Looking forward to ep 3!
where's the lie though??
