Oh boy, ep 12 was a hot mess. Are they trying to make us sympathize with Namning now? It's kind of too late after they spent the entire series teaching us to hate her. If they wanted to paint her as a sympathetic character they should have started with the childhood flashback stuff way earlier in the series. And it looks like Ram is going abroad in the next episode? That's the most cliche trope in the book. Oh dear.

I don't know if you're watching La Cuisine but they just did that in the last episode of that show as well. It was a fancy afterparty for a fashion show and they had these jazzy xmas songs on in the background lol

I've noticed the xmas music thing too...it's so random, lol. I'm wondering if whoever does the music is just searching for royalty free instrumentals that sound fancy? But in that case why not go for some more traditional classical music? It's pretty bizarre.

I've been enjoying this show more than I thought I would. I haven't been too bothered by the bullying subplot which can get pretty cliche, but I do hope that they spend time in the next few episodes on LC and Ram's relationship. I'd like to see some cute moments of them where LC isn't crying, lol

This show has some cute points but it's really slow. Also Lukchup and Ram have had almost no solo interactions, so it's tough for me to get invested in them as a couple. Hopefully next episode we will get some more interactions between them. :)

I agree that this is one of the best shows out of Thailand for a while. It just has a totally different vibe from most other Thai BLs. There's a really thoughtful quality to it, if that makes sense. I'll definitely miss these guys!!!
