Despite its flaws I'm surprisingly still enjoying this show. One thing that puzzles me is Lian's motivations. He was such an ass in the beginning, but now it seems like he's trying to be nicer, which is fine. But he's being sneaky about it? Like, why not just gift the drums to Kuea directly, instead of setting up this whole "forbidden room" thing to the trick him into discovering them. He doesn't just come out and say what he's doing, and I'm not quite sure why. Does he have some kind of plan? IDK, maybe someone here has some insights that I lack, lol. But overall I'm still really enjoying it. Zee's acting has really improved since Why R U and I'm loving the music. Plus I adore Perth and it's fun to see him popping up here and there.
Just finished, and it didn't disappoint! This is definitely a niche show, I feel like it will be so much funnier…
For example, the scene where the one character is running down the hall, yelling the name of his boyfriend and MC is just eating that cracker thing like a squirrel? It was so irreverent, I had tears in my eyes I was laughing so hard

This show is definitely slow-paced, and the plot is a bit confused with itself. I don't necessarily find it boring, but I'm not as invested as I'd like to be. I'll keep watching because I'm curious to see what happens.
Sean has been suspicious of White (as Black) this entire time, thinking that this is a game to Black. Black broke…
Wow, thanks for your detailed reply! There were definitely some things I didn't pick up on because I wasn't paying close enough attention, but make total sense now. Taken all together it really does look like Sean is sure now that it's White and not Black.
That Dan/Yok scene was incredible. Instead of going the obvious route and making it "sexy" it was raw and real. There are some serious emotions at play here and for Dan getting naked made him feel more vulnerable. It was like Yok could see right through him, and that's what made him cry. Ugh, can't wait for next week.
Also, maybe I'm missing something but a bunch of people seem to think Sean already knows that it's White, not Black. Did I miss where he finally figured it out?
This show is so well paced! It's a slow burn for sure, but it feels like a true slow-burn, and not like they're just adding random stuff to fill it in. Everything the characters do and say feels intentional, if that makes sense? I love all the little touches, like the looks Thorn and Fah give each other, and the whole thing with Vee and Dome and their hands touching. Really looking forward to the rest of the series!!!

They played it pretty safe in the end (I kept hoping it would be poly) but overall it's worth a watch. Cute and fluffy, and the acting is not bad at all. Plus a few good kisses.
