I liked the bff to lovers, my favorite part was when jayhoon was so jealous he was pimping away his sister without a slime piece of care, but, but but.. I'm sorry, once Jiwan and john romance entered I was swapped away. I loved their chemistry, character development and story line to the point I skipped main couple and the rest, I gave no f, too bad they didn't show this couple a bit more. They added her bc the audience will love her on the reality show, same thing with this drama. I'd like a spin off of this couple from the start in more depth 👌

After reading all the replies that I am mostly agreeing with as well I wanna add a new perspective. Imagine this and try to understand a bit, bc you'd never be able to resonate and fully understand what's in his soul if you never been like this, sadly it's a reality many experiences in different forms. A child that was adopted, so most likely as we all know orphanages aren't paradise and you'd never get the same education and love like in a normal loving home. Adopted to be a tool in a political game, first time the series show us he's being used. Being ignored or beaten, again. At the old school most likely was the same, either ignored with no friends or assaulted. New school, new bully and finally making friends. He's so paranoid at this point, that he's pinpointing every micro expression, tonality and word in the worst case scenario, bc he's only used to unkindness. Maybe he was so afraid to loose it in the same way, he wanted to do it himself, better get rid of before it will hurts him again. He this time couldn't endure being ignored and used, especially by ppl he's more emotionally invested than everyone else and his hatred toward them its obviously bigger and feels so hurt that the most reasonable thing it's to make them hurt to feel his pain. Talking it out, common, he never was taught how to, this you learn from a parental figure. He was a ticking bomb. To answer with a more extreme and common exemple for "idk why I became like this", how many ppl killed their loved ones bc of a moment of rage and were thinking clearly only after was too late and questioned themselves the same, like a jealous husband killing his loved wife. So I disagree entirely with your statement, the writing was perfect 👌, you just need to view this series from other perspectives, it's not just a passing watch, it has lots of hints, that's why ppl love it and has gain so much popularity, a perfect mix for many to enjoy

This had potential for a series, at least a short one 6-8 ep. I saw that they'll do a season 2 and a series out of it, but if it's after school/ prison related I'm a bit sad. I liked this movie's setting

The directing, sound and ost was a bit off, idk, I barely made myself finish it bc of it. I liked the actors and the concept and the ending.

Woah, I thought the king of pigs will be my favorite revange series of this year😩. This one really fed my hunger for revange plots ❤️ And I read the reviews beforehand saying that's only the beginning and as a kdrama veteran I thought of all the predictable k troupes and I said I'll wait until it's finished and I saw the rating going up.. Uuuuf, I knew it won't be an usual kdrama. Now it's one more soul in despair waiting for the new season.. I wonder if it will be a time jump or it will continue, I hope they do 2 more seasons and include both time frames. Lots of potential material. Congrats to everyone involved in this project, everything was perfect, the acting, directing, screenwriting, cinematography, soundings, the props crew did amazing and everyone else involved in it! 👌👌Tbh, as much as I love CHW and his character was my favorite, hopefully he'd be put off a season or even die, idk it suits the plot really well or if it does a time skip I wish for him to be a even bigger trigger for YSE or he could wake up and change the plot entirely from going bad or taking the main role 🤷‍♀️ I expect so many things from this amazing writer, it will definitely surprise my mind, that's already full of imagination of different outcomes!I've watched this with such passion, as you couldn't already tell 😂. The writer is amazing, he'd become my favorite and the only writer I'll keep my eyes on his future projects, hopefully he'd be doing both, bc he really knew and delivered his exact thoughts!Hopefully it will be a s2 or maybe this was a marketing strategy to promote the webtoon? Since childhood I was so curious about everything and everybody and I liked the diversity, especially the music aspect!! I was listening to 50-90's classics with mom in the morning, cleaning on pop at 12pm, getting ready on another 7 genres to attend a metal concert with my friends 😂👌 songs in different languages as well! Those ppl that aren't open to at least try things and claim a certain thing it's the most superior are sad souls..

It did not bother me that much tho, I just added what I would personally wanted. Victims should actually forgive even the ones that does not seek it, even tho it's hard, it's for their own process of healing and this series shows otherwise. This was gore and insanity, with a sprinkle of educational moments. It goes both ways, it tells you to go for a kill spree, kill yourself and don't seek help. So that's why I just wanted a full merciless revange.

Ah, a good ending in my perspective 😌, I liked that they included pretty brutal and satisfying scenes, I'm bumped that some lived with just a little bit of pain or some status damage, especially the reporter. I'd loved it if they made it even more gore. I agree with many that the police were cluelessly useless. That women was more of a supporting character than a main one. Overall it was indeed a really good thrill and I'll highly recommend this one in the future! My biggest mistake was that I started while airing, because the entuziasm was wearing off a tiny bit.

I personally don't find him that bad, he's smart, but only cares about money and he let himself being used like a dog. He's good at fighting for sure!
