Do you know why they replaced Ohm and Leng with Aou and Boom?
I believe it was because of toxic OhmNanon fans who still wish for their pairing to exist. Add on to the fact that Kidnap didn't cement OhmLeng as pairing quiet like PerthSanta in Perfect 10Liner (Perth also had to change his pairing and people, like myself, are loving PerthSanta) and you have a Ohm and Leng splitting up.
I wasn't planning on seeing this, but the fact OhmLeng is no more makes me so sad. I wanted to see what they could do with a different script. Kidnap was not my favorite, but I thought their chemistry was pretty good.
Is it a masterpiece? No. Is it the worst GMMTV has done? Definitely not. Is the CGI like a CW tv show? Yes, but I expected that. Is it campy as hell even though they are trying to go for a more serious tone? Absolutely, but hey I vibe with it. Sidenote: I think one of the reason why the chemistry between Mark and Tong is off is because Mark has lost his sense and it basically running around like a vampire without emotions. It's because of Tong's blood (and eventually Tong himself) that he's able to expression emtion and to get his sense back.
Didn't think I was going to watch this series (I'm strictly a BL watcher), but after seeing this trailer I have not choice, but watch it. I just hope the tone of the series matches the trailer.

I watched the first episode "live" and I have zero plans on doing that again. I got so much 2nd and 3rd hand embarrassment that I wanted to 2x speed but couldn't. Going forward the remaining episodes I need to watch in the evening (I live in the US).

Me too. Every time I see promos my emotions go from excited to nervous to cringe. I'm also not 100% into JossGawin. But I will watch the show had hope for the best.
In GMMTV 2024's lineup the BL I was most excited for was the Heart Killer while My Golden Blood and Revamped I had the most concern. Now with the official trailer dropping I am letting myself feel the excitement. I need the romance to be Twilight levels of love and drama and the action to be Buffy levels of kickass and comedy.

The breakup episode in ThamePo works well because: 1) for idols relationship are no-nos so it was bound to happen 2) they actually set it up with Pepper and Gaem in the previous episode so it really work here. I highly recommend Last Twilight, because even with the copout breakup it's still amazing. And the "it" song that was used was sung by William and it's amazing. I could go on and on about that show. ThamePo is one you definitely have to watch as well. GMMTV went off on these two dramas.

I've been saying this, but Only Boo walked so this series could run. My theory is they'll use them-GUMP- because every single one of them is either dating or seeing someone in the series. It'll show that it's possible for an idol group to love their fans and love their special someone at the same time.
