HEllo! im a bts fan so of course i watched it for Taehyung but i really stayed because of all the characters.…
This drama and Tae & Jin's OST were the beginning of my journey to becoming an Army - I'm so glad I watched it and found BTS - they just make life better.
As the saying goes you've got to kiss a lot of frogs to find your prince. I'm often told I'm mad for watching stuff with sub titles and sometimes after a string of average and downright disappointing dramas I begin to think they're right and wonder why I bother. Then I come across a drama like this and my faith is completely restored. In KDramaland this one is a prince for sure. 10/10!
I've always wanted to watch this but never got the chance to till now. And yet, I couldn't bring myself to go…
I don't think I've ever read such an insulting comment in my life. Were you actually serious? What is so wrong with their genetic mix? Are you a believer in eugenics? If so I suggest you read up on the genetic abnormalities bred into pedigree dogs as result of breeding for beauty alone. Generally they look good but sadly have shortened lifespans and often severely deformed internal organs. Ha Jae Sook is a beautiful woman and any family would be blessed to have her join their bloodline. Any person who picks their perfect life partner on the basis of their looks alone deserves to be deceived as they are most likely shallow and narcissistic. If anything the prevalence of cosmetic surgery show how meaningless looks are as anyone can have them. As for "don't get me wrong I'm not superficial" - me thinks thou dost protest too much. So yeah, in short, not cool at all.
actors dating non-celebs arent that big deal even in korean entertainment industry but kpop idols face a lot of…
Thanks - I'm pretty depressed to find that there is some truth to that but trying to control their lives to that extent is just wrong on so many levels - hopefully karma is real and those type of managers are on a one way trip to eternal damnation.
I think the KPOP industry is the biggest one that comes to mind. Usually, upon signing, at least for the first…
Thank you for the answer. Have to say I find the fact that the entertainment industry tries to control them in that way seriously disturbing and think they probably overestimate the importance of their being eligible. Even the most delusional fan would surely realise the chances of dating their idol are probably 1 in a billion and genuine fans would surely prefer to see their idols happy and productive as opposed to forced to hide out in some dingy basement or lonely and miserable.
OK I've just got to ask - is there seriously a world in which a celebrity being found to be in a stable consensual relationship can lead to a scandal and a loss of popularity and endorsements? Seems to be a common element in a number of dramas but I find it hard to believe such contract clauses actually exist in the real world.
If you like the leads in this drama you should consider checking out New Smiling Proud Wanderer as they were both (although not the leads) also excellent in that drama.
When you watch a show with promise, excellent acting, production and visual effects and your only reaction is "well that's 16 hours of my life that I will never get back..." Terrible storytelling and inconsistent plot. Feels like the result of a writers room under pressure to get results, caving in to said pressure and failing miserably as a result.
