This was amazing. I can’t believe I just found out about this. I had to finish it in the day. From start to finish it didn’t disappoint. No need to skip anything, something is constantly happening.
Actually, this happens with j/c/tw dramas too. Drama fans have this weird thing where they expect every drama…
I think Japanese and Thai dramas can be for a different group of people. The acting for example can be really over the top. It I agree, they aren’t given the credit they deserve.
Show should be cancelled. Animal abuse/cruelty is a big no. Production such as 'Joseon Exorcist' has been cancelled…
I had that same thought. An actual living being lost it’s life. How is this taking so long? In other cases their so quick to cancel, sometimes over something not verified, but this is verified. So why is it dragging out this long? I’m assuming they were hoping it wouldn’t get much attention so they could proceed. But it’s getting more traction, especially with some Korean celebrities now weighing in.
Nooooo waaaaay. I love this drama. When it comes to BL this is one of my favorites, definitely my favorite Korean BL drama. So excited for another season.
I agree with your assessment. Thus far, I'm a bit disappointed, as I expect a lot from these particular actors.…
I think it gets especially problematic when a genre is popular and they are just mass producing them without much thought to writing or acting, and even sometimes the set and/or costumes.
This drama’s writing seemed particularly lazy to me and they played every play in the book when it came to a crime drama, without trying to make it their own.
The end was so underwhelming and predictable. And, the cult part of it felt so out of left field that it seemed as if I missed an entire drama.
To be honest, the background of the cult wasn’t bad, I’ve read about cults like this before. So it wasn’t that I minded the story line, but it just suddenly came out of nowhere and there was little world building of it. They threw it at us and we were just supposed to accept it and move on to the next nonsense plot point.
I just posted this for someone, but if anyway is interested, I compiled all of the parts of the episodes in order that Win/Team interact or are referred to in a snippy way. I also have the special episodes included. And they are all in order.
I just got tired of having to hunt around for my favorite scenes.
guys an honest question, do I need to watch the main drama before watching this spinoff? because I don't really…
If you want, I saved all the important parts of the episodes that Win/Team are in together or talked about on youtube. Since the episodes are broken down into like 4 parts, they aren’t long and you can skim through them. They’re all in order and I even added the special episodes.
There is a clip on youtube l, but a couple of short cute scenes are missing so I went through ALL the episodes to make my own play list lol.
R-rated because of violence. The plot is intriguing but the follow through is underwhelming.Yoon Kye San is usually…
I just wrote a comment that said they were one dimensional lol. I’m having the same problem. I’m only on episode two and I think the plot is interesting, but the writing his poor. Some times when the characters talk I want to roll my eyes. The characters are very basic, lack depth, and seem cut from the same cloth as any other bad guy/good guy in a mystery/thriller, just changed their names.
It reminds me of the drama Extraordinary You. The writer wrote the same characters over and over again, just changed the setting and their names.
I’m trying to watch this, on episode 2. I think the plot is very interesting. But the writing for some reason is bothering me. I mean as in the lines written for people. It’s just very melodramatic and unnatural.
The character are kind of one dimensional. You could drop them into any criminal tv show. There is nothing that really makes them different.
Again, I’m only at episode 2, and maybe that improves, but I’ve watched other mystery/crime dramas that had me impressed from the very beginning.
The last drama I watched of a similar genre was My Name, and this drama is not holding up to it. My Name’s plot wasn’t original, but the writing, the acting, the characters, were amazing. That’s what I feel this lacks. You can have a great drama without a crazy, original plot, but this doesn’t have either.
Haneul role is made way too big for my liking. It is as if everything turns around her and we don't even know…
I agree. The girl could have been charged with assault and theft multiple times and were just supposed to believe she is misunderstood. And like you said, why is so much time being waster on her. I’ve given up.
If you took Thai BL drama’s to heart you’d think the entire country was made up of engineers and architects. Lol. Okay, sometimes there is an acting program.
If my common sense bothers you…oh well.
