This is really one of the best Asian movies I’ve seen. It was very raw and real. I’m surprised it got released. Also, you should read the book. There are so many other things that happen that blow your mind. It would have been a wonderful full length drama, but only if it stayed close to the content of the book.

Five Enough was adorable. Honestly I would have rather have seen their relationship poor. Rich man, poor women was a hard one to watch. It is a story I would like, but the ML was atrocious. In the remake he is softened a bit so for me it is easier to watch.

This one for sure tested that.

Yea so kind of agree with that. We do know he was having her watched. Remember one of his goons took a pic of her eating dinner with her team.
But I’m willing to looks past se of that (up to a point) as long as the results are still good and it makes some sense.

I think the same happened to me. I saw a YouTube video, started watching it, then wanted to know the entire story (since it got canceled) and was absolutely hit upside the head when I read it. I was so disgusted.

I was absolutely disgusted by that drama. I couldn’t drop it fast enough.

Maybe shocking was the wrong wording. It’s hard to describe without spoiling. But it left me with the feeling that the author had some skewed view of the implications of what is and isn’t consent. It can’t even be said that it was shocking in a way that was impactful. The major issues were glossed over so quickly that I was left with the feeling the author didn’t think much of the impacts of no consent.

Moo Jin knew Pildo was the one thing keeping her from coming after him, by killing Pildo it put’s Ji Woo back on track to face him.

I don’t think it was. He was guiding her into a better path. Moo Jin took away the one person that was stopping her from becoming the monster Moo Jin wanted her to be. Because Ji Woo wasn’t coming after Moo Jin like he wanted, he had to force her to, so he killed Pildo.

The irony of him despising people who betray him, and lamenting that he is always faithful to the people who are faithful to him, is that Ji Woo trusted him, it was he who betrayed Ji Woo.

I agree. I’m still trying to move on lol.

The book Addicted Heroin is based on is so, so, so much worse. I was shocked.

Wonderful review. You said everything I want to say but probably couldn’t have said it as well. This was such an amazing drama. I wanted it all today and then the most recent episode of The Veil and now I don’t know what to do with myself.

Just starting this and the acting is superb. Especially the FL.

I liked the Undateables, but I know some don’t. Let’s hope for the best.

I would have said yes but it isn’t tagged with romance, but I’d be shocked if it wasn’t. This just feels like a drama that would have romance.

There seems to be no way that this can fail with the leads, but Doom at Your Service taught me otherwise lol. Honestly, I think this will be great, it seems to be a fun, light hearted, romantic(?), comedy. I’m sure there is some drama, but I love the leads and the storyline line doesn’t seem complicated.

I somewhat agree. But remember she said she hadn’t been able to ever find out anything about her father, now someone is handing over a file with pictures. Plus, it seemed from her dinner with her co-workers that she isn’t really aware of how that agency operated. She doesn’t seems very familiar with those people.
