"yes i kissed you and i regret it"

her character is seriously so flawed, i want this drama to end so we can all move on. that includes jae won and eun o, just properly say goodbye to each other so we can part ways for good. i feel so sad to have disliked the characters and how the story progressed from the very start when i was so excited to have chang wook back again ㅠㅠ

i hope chang does an action thriller drama next hays, the past 3 dramas weren't really it

I’m so close to dropping this :( but I have sat through Chang’s last 2 dramas & I might as well finish this too hays. Except for Rin Yi, the two other female characters are toxic, period. I can’t bring myself to romanticize them when tbh, we would be calling them jerks and unacceptable if the genders were reversed.

First 4 episodes were heartwarming and fun at the same time. This is my first daily drama in a loooong while and I wish nothing but to have the kids stay little for at least 20 episodes more. :D

On When the Weather Is Fine Jan 3, 2021
it’s been a rainy weekend and it just felt like the perfect weather to finally watch this; 5 episodes in and looks like I’m right. this drama needs a cold, silent weather so you can feel how warm it is

after watching all the 2020 dramas that aired in this time slot, i felt kinda obligated to watch this too. hahaha! it was a tough decision bcos it's been years since i watched a sageuk!!!! but my pride (and fine ocd tendencies) couldn't take not watching the last 2020 tvn weekend night drama!!!

update: i watched all 5 episodes in one sitting last night and watched episode 6 as soon as i woke up this morning

AHHHH i want to finish this drama, i hope they don't get too problematic and keep all the funny scenes!

This is a show, so far, that I totally didn't expect to get addicted to. It has just the right amount of drama…
True that!!! I'm with you in hoping! Merry Christmas!

such a lovely drama so far! i super love the two leads and their conversations (despite being long) are so heartwarming. i keep hoping that this will be a drama we'll all love by the end just like how INTO THE RING made us all crazy. LET'S ALL RUN ON!

A lot of people hate Se Kyung acting and I just naturally joined the gang, however, years later, I really started…
this is such a nice comment to read. i was the opposite, i learned to like her a lot bcos she always got paired with my fave ahjussis. couldn't understand why people are hating on her since tbh, she wasn't so bad. i hope more people act like you and give her a chance.

Saw disappointed reviews from webtoon readers but as a viewer who did not read the webtoon, I give this a 10!!! Not into fantasy genre such as monsters, but it was really interesting & not cringey that I watched the whole drama in one sitting. We need season 2 after that finale!

It's been so long since I voluntarily watched a school drama!!! Finally a nice main role for da bin who has been with us for over a decade now.

i'll be here with no expectations at all and just enjoy teenage love; live on fighting

after watching this week's episodes, i'm pretty certain that unrequited love stories are really my weakness. can't say i love the story, i even watched the two episodes at twice the speed (hehe) bcos it's getting frustrating but at some point of episode 7, i just started crying and never stopped until episode 8 ended. while they are all frustrating, i think i understand their faulty characters better now.

joon soo - lost his chance with his first love because he missed the timing and never confessed. now, he's more than eager not to make the same mistake with woo yeon; he always shows her how much he likes her & that he understands. but he's doing it all wrong, while it's okay to tell soo to back off, he should also be forward with wooyeon and call her out. he should tell her to cut ties with soo. he should stop acting as if everything is okay, that he understands, that he's perfect. i feel like he's scared that if he confronts wooyeon, she'll leave him.

lee soo - i'd like to applaud his frustrating character as i saw development in the past two episodes. several scenes showed that he clearly knows where he stands and pursuing wooyeon was wrong — the "i'll get going" scene at the cinema, the photobooth, and the fire by the river scene. he finally realized that he lost his chance and missed another opportunity. the problem is, he keeps pushing then pulling back and forth, and doing silly actions and responses making him look like a jerk.

wooyeon - while a few were commenting that the world doesn't revolve around her, that's just not true. she clearly has the ultimate control in her hands. she still likes lee soo but is determined to push him away because she's feeling suspicious with the attention he's giving her. she's adamant at keeping his relationship with joonsoo working, to prove that the "curse" is no longer there. but just like lee soo, she's also doing the push and pull unconsciously, and never really drawing the line. she could just stop seeing lee soo altogether if she's really into joonsoo.

in conclusion, both lee soo and wooyeon keep pushing and pulling at each other unconsciously because they always show signs that some feelings are still there. they feel like they still like each other, making it even harder to totally let go.

they are all flawed characters. after understanding them better, i'll probably continue watching just too see how their characters develop. if this was a perfect kdrama world, i hope that there was no "on joon soo". it would have been better if lee soo and wooyeon sort things out themselves, no side character who will eventually get hurt because two people can't decide on what they want. these two seriously need to know and understand themselves better before getting in a relationship.
